| 采用低温下发芽鉴定、田间自然低温鉴定和种子生理生化指标测定等方法，研究了８个辣椒品种种子萌发期耐冷性反应。结果表明，供试材料的发芽临界低温范围为１０．２９～１５．１℃，低温下室内耐冷性鉴定温度指标为１８℃。辣椒耐冷性鉴定指标可采用１８℃下发芽指数、田间耐冷性总指数和耐冷性隶属函数值。辣椒耐冷性可分为强、中、弱３个类型。 |

| Appraisal of Chilling Tolerance of Pepper(Capsicum annum L.)At Seed Germination Stage |

| Abstract: |
| Eight pepper cultivars were studied for their chilling tolerance at the
seed germination stage using germination test under natural and controlled low temperature conditions,and biochemical and physiological target test.The results showed that
the critical low temperature range of seed germination was 10.29～15.1 ℃ in 8 pepper
cultivars.Appraisal temperature index on chilling tolerance in the room was 18 ℃.The
germination index below 18 ℃,chilling tolerance total index in the field and subordinate
number function valus (SNEV) were used to identity the chilling tolerance appraisal indexes.Chilling tolerance in pepper can be classified into 3 types of strong,middle and
weak tolerance to chilling. |
