豌豆种子发育过程中核酸和蛋白质的变化

摘要:
豌豆种子发育过程中,核酸、蛋白质含量都随开花后日数增加而增加;其中豌豆开花21d后单粒RNA含量下降,24d后DNA含量下降,15d后开始累积豌豆球蛋白,18d后累积豆球蛋白,21d后累积伴豌豆球蛋白,27d后种子中各种蛋白质组分累积量都达最大值。

Abstract:
The amount of nucleic acides and seed storage proteins increases with thedays increased aftet flowering during the development of pea seeds,of which RNA andDNA contents decrease at 21 days and 24 days after flowering respectively. The accumulation of storage proteins from pea seeds is vicilin at 15 days after flowering,and that oflegumin at 18 days,convicilin at 21 day The accumulation of various components ofproteins reaches the maximum values after 27 days.
