| 豌豆种子发育过程中，核酸、蛋白质含量都随开花后日数增加而增加；其中豌豆开花２１ｄ后单粒ＲＮＡ含量下降，２４ｄ后ＤＮＡ含量下降，１５ｄ后开始累积豌豆球蛋白，１８ｄ后累积豆球蛋白，２１ｄ后累积伴豌豆球蛋白，２７ｄ后种子中各种蛋白质组分累积量都达最大值。 |

| Abstract: |
| The amount of nucleic acides and seed storage proteins increases with thedays increased aftet flowering during the development of pea seeds,of which RNA andDNA contents decrease at 21 days and 24 days after flowering respectively. The accumulation of storage proteins from pea seeds is vicilin at 15 days after flowering,and that oflegumin at 18 days,convicilin at 21 day The accumulation of various components ofproteins reaches the maximum values after 27 days. |
