Declaration of submission, fees, acceptance, and publication of the Journal of Northwest A&F University (Natural Science Edition)

As many new readers and authors are deceived by excessive counterfeit submission websites and emails provided by search engines, the editorial office of the Journal of Northwest A&F University (Natural Science Edition) hereby solemnly declares:

1. Submission and contact information

1.1 The only official submission site of the Journal of Northwest A&F University (Natural Science Edition) is http://www.xnxbz.net/. No email submission is allowed.

1.2 The official email address of the Journal of Northwest A&F University (Natural Science Edition) is xnxbz@nwafu.edu.cn. All contacts with readers, authors and reviewers are through this email account.

1.3 The Journal of Northwest A&F University (Natural Science Edition) never authorized any third-party website/company as an agent for paper solicitation/submission.
2. Manuscript acceptance

2.1 The Editor-in-Chief is responsible for the final decision regarding acceptance or rejection of articles. The submissions may be rejected at all stages of preliminary check, expert external review, review by handling editor, and final review of the Editor-in-Chief. The rejection of articles is solely based on its fitting to the journal scopes, quality and comments from reviewers.

2.2 If acceptance certificate is needed for accepted articles, the first or corresponding authors can contact the handling editor and download from the submission website after processing. Once the certificate is provided, no changes to basic copyright information such as authors, affiliation, and order of authors are allowed.

3. Fees and payments

3.1 The Journal of Northwest A&F University (Natural Science Edition) charges for typesetting service fee to manuscripts to be published, and the authors are announced during the typesetting process.

3.2 The charging standard of The Journal of Northwest A&F University (Natural Science Edition) is based on comprehensive consideration of the content and quality. Additional 200 CNY per page will be charged for color pages.

3.3 The typesetting service fee should be wire-transferred to the public account of the Northwest A&F University. Contact the editorial office for other payment methods if needed.

3.4 The payment should be made in time following the instruction in the email from the editorial office. Please add transfer remarks of “Natural Science Edition + first author name+typesetting service fee” or “Natural Science Edition + manuscript ID + typesetting service fee”.
