| 【 目的】探究叶面喷施不同浓度乙酸对山地苹果生长及果实品质的影响,为干旱区苹果抗旱栽培提供理论依据。【 方法】以陕西洛川12年生‘富士’苹果树为试材,设置清水对照(CK)及50,100,150 mmol/L乙酸处理,于新梢旺盛生长期至果实采收期喷施5次不同浓度乙酸,测定不同处理新梢长度、叶片指标及果实品质。【 结果】与CK相比,50 mmol/L乙酸处理可显著提高了新梢长度和百叶鲜质量,但对果实品质及着色总体无显著影响;100 mmol/L乙酸处理显著提高新梢长度、百叶厚度、百叶鲜质量、叶面积、叶绿素含量及果实纵径、硬度、可溶性固形物、花青素含量,增幅分别为22.15%,15.71%,24.04%,16.00%,8.35%,4.88%,5.09%,8.34%,15.91%;能显著降低可滴定酸含量和果皮b*值;150 mmol/L乙酸虽然提高了果实品质,但叶面积降低了8.25%。【 结论】叶面喷施不同浓度乙酸对山地苹果生长和品质有不同影响,其中100 mmol/L乙酸可协同促进山地苹果树体生长与果实品质提升,推荐作为干旱区苹果栽培的优化方案。 |

| 【 Objective】This research aims to investigate the effects of foliar spraying with different concen? trations of acetic acid on the growth and fruit quality of mountain-grown apples,to provide a theoretical basis for drought-resistant cultivation of apples in arid regions.【Method】With 12-year-old‘ Fuji’ apple trees in Luoch? uan,Shaanxi Province as test materials,four treatments were applied:water control treatment(CK) and acetic acid treatments of 50,100,and 150 mmol/L. The solutions were sprayed five times from the vigorous shoot growth stage to the fruit harvest stage. Shoot length,leaf indices,and fruit quality were measured under different treatments.【Result】Compared with CK,the 50 mmol/L acetic acid treatment significantly increased the shoot length and fresh weight per hundred leaves but had no significant effect on overall fruit quality or coloration. The 100 mmol/L acetic acid treatment significantly increased shoot length,leaf thickness per hundred leaves,fresh weight per hundred leaves,leaf area,chlorophyll content,fruit longitudinal diameter,hardness,soluble solids content,and anthocyanin content by 22.15%,15.71%,24.04%,16.00%,8.35%,4.88%,5.09%,8.34%,and
15.91%,respectively. It also significantly reduced titratable acid content and peel b* value. The 150 mmol/L acetic acid treatment improved fruit quality but reduced leaf area by 8.25%.【Conclusion】Foliar spraying with ace?
tic acid of different concentrations differentially affects the growth and quality of mountain-grown apples. Among them,100 mmol/L acetic acid synergistically promotes both tree growth and fruit quality making it a recommended optimized solution for apple cultivation in arid regions. |
