| 【 目的】研制贝莱斯芽孢杆菌(Bacillus velezensis)Y426-7可湿性粉剂,并测定其对人参疫病的预防效 果和治疗效果,为人参疫病的生物防治提供参考。【 方法】以贝莱斯芽孢杆菌Y426-7菌株为研究对象,以悬浮率、芽 孢含量和润湿时间等为评价指标,通过对载体、润湿剂、分散剂、紫外保护剂的类型及用量进行筛选,创制贝莱斯芽孢 杆菌Y426-7可湿性粉剂,并通过室内离体接种法评价其对人参根疫病的预防效果及治疗效果。【 结果】贝莱斯芽孢 杆菌Y426-7可湿性粉剂最佳配方为:母粉(87%,硅藻土与贝莱斯芽孢杆菌发酵液的质量比1∶2),润湿剂木质素磺酸钠(4.8%),分散剂NNO(7.2%),紫外保护剂抗坏血酸(1%)。质量检测结果表明,该可湿性粉剂有效活菌数为2.5×109 CFU/g,悬浮率为 85%,pH 7.4,润湿时间14.7 s,细度92%,干燥减量2%,杂菌率为0,4和25 ℃条件下贮藏180 d,芽孢存活率分别可达88.45%和80.37%,各项技术指标均符合国家质量控制标准。活体组织接种试验结果表明, 在使用剂量为(5.0×106~2.0×107)CFU/mL时,Y426-7可湿性粉剂对人参根疫病的预防作用要明显高于治疗作用, 处理后第10天对人参根疫病的预防效果为53.70%~81.01%,高于对照的生物菌剂,但治疗效果仅为39.86%~ 49.03%。【 结论】成功研制了贝莱斯芽孢杆菌Y426-7可湿性粉剂,且室内活体组织试验结果表明其对人参疫病具有 明显的预防效果,为贝莱斯芽孢杆菌Y426-7的开发利用及人参疫病的生物防治提供参考。 |

| 【 Objective】The study aimed to develop wettable powder of Bacillus velezensis Y426-7 and de?termine its preventive and therapeutic effects against ginseng blight,to provide a reference for the biological con?trol of ginseng Phytophthora blight.【Method】Taking Bacillus velezensis strain Y426-7 as the research object, with suspension rate,spore content,and wetting time as evaluation indicators,the wettable powder of B. velezensis Y426-7 was developed by screening the types and dosages of carriers,wetting agents,dispersants,and UV protectants.In vitro inoculation method was used to evaluate its preventive and therapeutic effects against gin? seng root rot.【Result】 The optimal formulation of Bacillus velezensis Y426-7 wettable powder was determined as follows:mother powder(87%,the mass ratio of diatomite to Bacillus velezensis fermentation broth:1∶2),wetting agent sodium lignosulfonate(4.8%),dispersant NNO(7.2%),and UV protectant ascorbic acid(1%).Quality testing showed that the wettable powder contained 2.5×109 CFU/g of viable bacteria,with a suspension rate of 85%,pH of 7.4,wetting time of 14.7 s,fineness of 92%,drying loss of 2%,and zero bacterial contamination. After 180 days of storage at 4 and 25 ℃,the spore survival rates were 88. 45% and 80.37%,respectively,with all technical indicators meeting national quality control standards. In vivo tissue inoculation tests demonstrated that,at concentrations of(5.0×106-2.0×107) CFU/mL,the preventive efficacy of Y426-7 wettable powder against ginseng root rot was significantly higher than its therapeutic efficacy. On the 10th day after treatment,the preventive efficacy ranged from 53.70% to 81.01%,surpassing that of the biological fungicide as the control,whereas the therapeutic efficacy was only 39. 86%-49. 03%【. Conclusion 】The Bacillus velezensis Y426-7 wettable powder was successfully developed,and preliminary in vivo tissue tests confirmed its significant preventive efficacy against ginseng Phytophthora blight. This study provides a valuable reference for the further development and utilization of B. velezensis Y426-7 as well as the biological control of ginseng Phytophthora blight. |
