不同耐盐水稻品种对宁夏盐碱地的适应性研究

摘要:
【目的】 分析不同水稻品种(系)间的农艺性状、灌浆期生理特性及产量差异,为筛选宁夏盐碱地耐盐高产水稻品种(系)提供参考。【方法】采用随机区组试验设计,在宁夏盐碱地种植SD-22、陈2、SD-26、宁粳48、HJW14、香优108、陈1、宁粳56、宁粳52、宁粳50、宁粳57、96D10、宁粳43、SD-18、801和陈3等16个不同水稻品种(系),利用方差分析、相关性分析及主成分分析等方法对不同水稻品种(系)的产量、农艺性状、光合特性和籽粒淀粉合成关键酶活性进行了综合评价。【结果】与宁夏主栽水稻品种(系)宁粳43相比,96D10、宁粳52、SD-22和HJW14产量分别显著增加30.00%,26.23%,25.88%和25.88%;96D10、宁粳52、SD-22和HJW14的分蘖数和光合作用也有所增加,其中96D10的分蘖数显著增加30.19%,净光合速率(Pn)显著提高7.81%;96D10、宁粳52、SD-22和HJW14的气孔导度(Gs)和蒸腾速率(Tr)分别显著增加18.55%~55.80%,16.33%~63.27%;HJW14、陈2的籽粒可溶性淀粉合成酶(SSS)活性分别显著增加54.52%,20.87%。相关性分析结果表明,水稻产量与分蘖数、PnGsTr、SSS活性呈极显著正相关。进一步分析表明,综合得分较高的品种(系)从高到低依次为:96D10>陈2>HJW14>SD-22>宁粳52。【结论】从综合得分与产量综合考虑,96D10、宁粳52、SD-22、HJW14可作为宁夏盐碱地种植的优良品种(系)。

Study on the adaptability of different salt-tolerant rice varieties to saline-alkali land in Ningxia

Abstract:
【Objective】The study aims to analyze the differences in agronomic traits,physiological characteristics during the grain-filling period,and yield among different rice varieties (lines),to provide theoretical guidance for selecting salt-tolerant rice varieties (lines) that also exhibit high yield in the saline-alkali soils of Ningxia.【Method】The randomized regional experiment design was adopted.In saline-alkali soil of Ningxia,16 different rice varieties (lines) were planted:SD-22,Chen 2,SD-26,Ningjing 48,HJW14,Xiangyou 108,Chen 1,Ningjing 56,Ningjing 52,Ningjing 50,Ningjing 57,96D10,Ningjing 43,SD-18,801,and Chen 3.And the yield,agronomic characteristics,photosynthetic characteristics and key enzyme activities of grain starch synthesis were comprehensively evaluated by means of variance analysis,correlation analysis and principal component analysis.【Result】Compared with the main Ningxia variety Ningjing 43,the yields of 96D10,Ningjing 52,SD-22 and HJW14 were increased significantly by 30.00%,26.23%,25.88% and 25.88%,respectively.The number of tillers and photosynthesis of 96D10,Ningjing 52,SD-22 and HJW14 were all increased,in which the number of tillers of 96D10 increased by 30.19% and the net photosynthetic rate (Pn) increased by 7.81%.The stomatal conductance (Gs) and transpiration rate (Tr) of 96D10,Ningjing 52,SD-22 and HJW14 were significantly increased by 18.55%-55.80% and 16.33%-63.27%,respectively.The grain soluble synthase (SSS) activity of HJW14 and Chen 2 were significantly increased by 54.52% and 20.87%,respectively.The correlation analysis revealed that rice yield was significantly positively correlated with tiller number,Pn,Gs,Tr and SSS activity.Further analysis revealed that the varieties (lines) with higher comprehensive scores,ranked from highest to lowest were:96D10>Chen 2>HJW14>SD-22>Ningjing 52.【Conclusion】Based on the comprehensive score and yield,96D10,Ningjing 52,SD-22 and HJW14 rice varieties can be regarded as excellent varieties (lines) for planting in saline-alkali land in Ningxia.
