宁夏玉米品种的光合特性及叶片水分利用效率分析

摘要:
【目的】探究宁夏引黄灌区不同玉米品种间光合特性的差异,解析玉米关键生育时期光响应特征,评价玉米品种的区域适用性。【方法】以适宜宁夏地区种植的银玉238(YY238)、天赐19(TC19)、先玉1225(XY1225)、晋单73(JD73)、德科622(DK622)、郑单958(ZD958)和登海605(DH605)等7个玉米品种为材料,采用Li-6400XT型光合仪,于玉米拔节期测定自然条件下7个主栽玉米品种的光合生理参数,并采用直角双曲线模型(RH)、非直角双曲线模型(NRH)、指数模型(EM)、直角双曲线修正模型(MRH)等4种模型拟合其光响应曲线,得出5个光合特征参数(Pn maxRd、光补偿点(LCP)、光饱和点(LSP)和表观量子效率(AQY)),比较各玉米品种在拔节期的光响应特征,对宁夏常用玉米品种的光合特性及叶片水分利用效率进行分析。【结果】①YY238、TC19和XY1225的净光合速率(Pn)分别为29.84,29.61和28.99 μmol/(m2·s),高于其他玉米品种,光合性能较强。②相比RH、NRH和EM模型,MRH模型拟合的各玉米品种间的光合参数与实测值最接近,拟合度最高(0.983≤R2≤0.996,0.886≤RMSE≤1.931,0.709≤MAE≤1.482),可作为宁夏常用玉米品种光响应曲线模型。③7个品种玉米的最优光响应曲线MRH模型的光合特征参数Pn max分别为30.92,29.96,29.22,28.79,28.77,26.95和28.34 μmol/(m<2·s),可以作为高光效玉米品种筛选的主要参考指标。④以PnGsTrCi和WUE等5个指标对7个玉米品种进行主成分分析,可将7个品种玉米划分为高光效型品种(YY238),中光效、低水分利用效率型品种(TC19、DK622、JD73、XY1225、DH605)和高水分利用效率型品种(ZD958)3类。【结论】构建MRH模型后,计算相应的光合特征参数并结合主成分分析方法,能够对宁夏玉米品种的光合特性及叶片水分利用效率进行准确分析,可用于宁夏引黄灌区玉米品种区域适宜性筛选及光合能力提升研究。

Analysis of photosynthetic characteristics and leaf water use efficiency of maize varieties in Ningxia

Abstract:
【Objective】This research aims to explore the differences in photosynthetic characteristics among different maize varieties in the Ningxia Yellow Irrigation District,and analyze the light response characteristics of maize during the critical reproductive period,to evaluate the regional applicability of maize varieties.【Method】With 7 maize varieties including YY238,TC19,XY1225,JD73,DK622,ZD958,and DH605 which are suitable for planting in Ningxia area as the materials,the Li-6400XT photosynthesis system was used to measure the photosynthetic characteristics of 7 main maize varieties under natural conditions during the nodulation period.The light response curves of the 7 maize varieties were fitted with 4 models,namely,the right-angle hyperbola model (RH),the non-right-angle hyperbola model (NRH),the exponential model (EM),and the modified model for the right-angle hyperbola (MRH),to derive the 5 photosynthetic characteristic parameters (Pn max,Rd,LCP,LSP,and AQY).The light response characteristics of maize varieties at the nodulation stage were compared,and the photosynthetic characteristics and leaf water use efficiency of maize varieties commonly used in Ningxia were analyzed.【Result】①The net photosynthetic rates (Pn) of YY238,TC19 and XY1225 were 29.84,29.61 and 28.99 μmol/(m2·s),respectively,which were higher than those of the other maize varieties,showing stronger photosynthetic performance.② Compared with the RH,NRH and EM models,the photosynthetic parameters of different maize varieties fitted by the MRH model were the closest to the measured values,showing the highest degree of fit (0.983≤R2≤0.996,0.886≤RMSE≤1.931,and 0.709≤MAE≤1.482),and it can be used as a commonly used maize light response curve model in Ningxia.③The photosynthetic characteristic parameter of the optimal light response curve was Pn max,which was 30.92,29.96,29.22,28.79,28.77, 26.95,and 28.34 μmol/(m2·s) for the 7 maize varieties respectively.It could serve as a main reference index for high light-efficiency maize variety screening.④According to the principal component analysis of 7 maize varieties based on five indicators,including Pn,Gs,Tr,Ci and WUE,the 7 varieties can be classified into three categories,namely,high light-efficiency varieties (YY238),medium-light-efficiency varieties with higher water-use efficiency (TC19,DK622,JD73,XY1225,and DH605),and high-water-use-efficiency varieties (ZD958).【Conclusion】By constructing the MRH model,calculating the corresponding photosynthetic characteristic parameters and combining them with the principal component analysis method,the photosynthetic characteristics and leaf water use efficiency of Ningxia maize varieties can be accurately analyzed.It can be used for regional suitability screening and photosynthetic capacity improvement of maize varieties in the Ningxia Yellow Irrigation District.
