脱落酸对NaCl胁迫下马蔺幼苗生长、叶片气孔特征和光合性能的影响

摘要:
【目的】研究叶面喷施ABA对高浓度NaCl胁迫下马蔺生长、叶片气孔特征和光合性能的影响,筛选重度盐胁迫下提高马蔺耐盐性的适宜ABA 浓度,为马蔺在重度盐渍土上栽培提供依据。【方法】以马蔺‘ML04’和‘ML35’种质为试验材料,测定叶面喷施0,1.0,2.5,5.0和10 μmol/L ABA后NaCl胁迫马蔺幼苗生长及叶片气孔特征、叶绿素含量和光合气体交换参数等指标。【结果】2份马蔺种质幼苗在NaCl胁迫下均表现出盐害症状,且‘ML35’重于‘ML04’。喷施1.0~10 μmol/L ABA增强了2份种质材料的耐盐性,并对‘ML04’耐盐性的增强效果更好。喷施ABA可显著增加高盐胁迫下马蔺的株高和生物量,通过调整叶片气孔的形态及其空间分布格局来优化气体交换过程,减小叶绿素含量的降幅,增强净光合效率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率、胞间CO2浓度和水分利用效率等光合性能,从而提高马蔺幼苗的耐盐性。【结论】叶面喷施适宜浓度ABA可有效缓解盐胁迫对马蔺幼苗生长的伤害,并以2.5 μmol/L ABA喷施效果最佳。

Effect of ABA on growth,leaf stomatal characteristics,and photosynthesis of Iris lactea seedlings under NaCl stress

Abstract:
【Objective】The effects of abscisic acid(ABA) on the growth,leaf stomatal characteristics, and photosynthesis of Iris lactea seedlings under severe salt stress were studied.We aim to screen the appropriate ABA concentration to enhance salt tolerance of I.lactea,and to provide a basis for the cultivation of I.lactea that is tolerant to severe saline stress.【Method】Using ‘ML04’ and ‘ML35’ I.lactea seedlings as materials,the growth, stomatal traits,chlorophyll content,gas exchange parameters and other indices under NaCl stress after spraying ABA(0,1.0,2.5,5.0,10 μmol/L) were analyzed.【Result】Under NaCl stress,both I. lactea seedlings showed salt damage symptoms,and the leaf damage of ‘ML35’was more severe than ‘ML04’.Spraying of ABA(1.0-10 μmol/L) increased salt tolerance of the two I. lactea seedlings,and‘ML04’was increased more than ‘ML35’.ABA increased the plant height and biomass by adjusting the stomatal morphology and spatial distribution pattern to optimize the gas exchange process,reducing the decrease of chlorophyll content,and enhancing its net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance,transpiration rate,intercellular CO2 concentration and water use efficiency,thereby improving salt tolerance in I.lactea seedlings.【Conclusion】Spraying ABA could alleviate the growth of I.lactea seedlings under salt stress,and 2.5 μmol /L ABA had the best effect.
