3种寄主植物对黄刺蛾幼虫生长发育及营养效应的影响

摘要:
【目的】明确不同寄主植物对黄刺蛾幼虫生长发育及营养效应的影响,为合理配置树种、减少黄刺蛾危害提供理论依据。【方法】以采集的黄刺蛾越冬茧为试验材料,在相对湿度(65±5)%、温度(26±0.5) ℃、光照为14 L∶10 D的室内培养箱中羽化,羽化后置于养虫笼中交配,再将交配后的黄刺蛾初孵幼虫用毛笔挑到新鲜杨树、野杏、核桃叶片上单头饲养,测定饲喂不同寄主植物黄刺蛾幼虫的发育历期、体长、头宽、体质量及营养效应参数。【结果】取食核桃叶片的黄刺蛾幼虫发育历期最短,为32.44 d;取食杨树叶片的黄刺蛾幼虫发育历期最长,为39.94 d。取食3种寄主植物叶片的黄刺蛾幼虫存活率无显著差异。取食核桃叶片的黄刺蛾1~6龄幼虫体长最长、头宽最宽,取食核桃叶片和野杏叶片的黄刺蛾7龄幼虫的体长分别为19.58和19.85 mm,头宽分别为10.58和10.50 mm,显著高于取食杨树叶片的处理。取食3种寄主植物的黄刺蛾7龄幼虫体质量无显著差异。黄刺蛾7龄幼虫对核桃叶片的取食量最高,为2.13 g;对野杏叶片的食物转换率和食物利用率均最高,分别为9.56%和13.74%。【结论】不同寄主植物对黄刺蛾幼虫生长发育及营养效应具有显著影响,核桃叶片更适宜黄刺蛾幼虫生长发育。

Effects of three host plants on the growth,development and nutritional efficiency of the larva of Monema (Cnidocampa) flavescens Walker

Abstract:
【Objective】This study aimed to explore the effects of different host plants on the growth,development,and nutritional efficiency of Monema (Cnidocampa) flavescens Walker larvae and provide a theoretical basis for rational tree species allocation and pest control of M.flavescens.【Method】The overwintering cocoons of M.flavescens were collected as the test material and were kept in the incubator at relative humidity (65±5)%,temperature (26±0.5) ℃ and photoperiod (14L∶10D),and they were placed in a breeding cage for mating after emergence.Then,the newly hatched larvae were transferred individually to the detached leaves of poplars,wild apricots and walnuts using a camel’s hair brush,and placed in a petri dish.The developmental period,body length,head width,body mass and nutritional effects of the larvae were measured.【Result】The larval development period was the shortest (32.44 d) feeding on the walnut leaves,while the larvae feeding on poplar leaves had the longest developmental period (39.94 d).There was no significant difference in the survival rate of larvae feeding on the leaves of three host plants.The body length of the 1st to 6th instar larvae of M.flavescens feeding on walnut leaves were the longest,and their head width were also the widest.The body lengths (19.58 and 19.85 mm) and head width (10.58 and 10.50 mm) of the 7th instar larvae of M.flavescens which fed on the leaves of wild apricot and walnut were significantly higher than those which fed on the leaves of poplar.There was no significant difference in the body weight of the 7th instar larvae of M.flavescens feeding on three host plants.The 7th instar larvae of M.flavescens had the highest food intake (2.13 g) on walnut leaves,the highest food conversion rate (9.56%) and food utilization rate (13.74%) on wild apricot leaves.【Conclusion】The results showed that different host plants had a significant effect on the growth and nutritional efficiency of the larvae of M. flavescens,and walnut (J.regia) leaves were the most suitable for the growth and development of this pest.
