范家寨中学生态校园模式及经济效益分析

摘要:
[目的]依据西北地区自然、气候和资源条件,构建以沼气工程为纽带的西北农村中、小学生态校园模式,并对其经济效益进行分析。[方法] 以陕西凤翔范家寨中学为试点,研究了西北生态校园模式的结构和单元功能,并通过财务分析,对草-羊(厕)-沼―果模式生态校园的经济效益进行了研究。[结果] 该模式净现值>0,内部收益率(0。13)>社会折现率;益本比(1。077)>1。 [结论] 该模式具有良好的经济效益,值得在北方地区推广使用。

Analysis of economic benefit and eco-campus mode built in Fanjiazhai Middle School
Abstract:
【Objective】 According to northwest natural conditions, climate and resources,an eco-campus mode was built with biogas as link in Fanjiazhai Middle School,then its economic benefit was analyzed.【Method】 Take Fanjiazhai middle school as an example of eco-campus to introduce mode's construction,and the straw-sheep(toilet)-biogas-fruit mode was analyzed through financial analysis.【Result】 Results show that the net Present Value >0,the Economic Internal Rate of return is 0.13>Basic Discounted Rate,the benefit (total income/total cost) is 1.077>1.【Conclusion】 The mode has good economic benefit,and deserves popularization in northern area.
