| 将亚洲Ⅰ型口蹄疫病毒结构蛋白VP1基因克隆到植物表达质粒pBin438中,构建了植物表达载体pBin-VP1,通过根癌农杆菌叶盘转化法,将亚洲Ⅰ型口蹄疫病毒结构蛋白VP1基因导入NC89烟草基因组中,对经卡那霉素筛选获得的20株抗性植株,进行PCR和RT-PCR检测。结果表明,抗性烟草植株中已整合了VP1基因。 |

| Abstract: |
| The recombinant plant expression vector pBin-VP1 was constructed by inserting the target gene VP1 of foot and mouth disease virus of AsiaⅠ into pBin 438 vector,and transform the explants of tobacco leaves by agrobacterium mediated method.Twenty kanamycin resistant transformants were selected.PCR and RT-PCR detection showed that VP1 gene was integrated into the genome of tobacco. |
