摘要:

干细胞是个体发育过程中遗留在机体的各个部位、保持着原始状态的一些细胞。在临床上，干细胞有着重要的应用价值。文章概述了利用干细胞生产转基因动物的现状、发展、原理和优点等，以为转基因动物的生产提供借鉴。

Progress on producing transgenic animals with stem cells

Abstract:

Stem cells,harboured in some parts of organisms,remain primitive during the development.They play a key role in clinical application.In this paper,the status quo,development,mechanism,and advantage to provide references for producing transgenic animals were summarized.
