| 卵母细胞体外成熟是辅助生殖的基础，提高人卵母细胞的体外成熟率可为胚胎移植病人提供更多优质的胚胎。影响人卵母细胞体外成熟率的因素主要包括：年龄、体外培养时间及体外培养系统等。文章对人卵母细胞体外成熟的机理、影响卵母细胞体外成熟的因素进行了综述，最后对卵母细胞体外成熟的临床意义进行了展望。 |

| Abstract: |
| In vitro maturation of human oocytes is the foundation for assisted reproduction technology.Improving the maturation rate of oocytes will provide more quality embryos for patients.The factors which affect the maturation rate include patients' age,length of time for IVM,and solution for IVM.This review highlights the mechanisms that at present are known to be involved in the oocytes maturation and factors for IVM,and the significance of IVM clinical application is anticipated. |
