杨凌地区柔嫩艾美耳球虫早熟株对雏鸡免疫效果的研究

摘要:
用杨凌地区鸡柔嫩艾美耳球虫早熟株和母株分别免疫鸡,对免疫前后鸡体的平均增重、饲料转化率、盲肠病变记分和卵囊抑制率等指标进行了分析。结果发现,早熟株免疫组对球虫再攻击时的卵囊减少率分别为77.3%和67.6%,高于母株免疫组的41.7%和57.1%,且对同种同株球虫攻虫时的保护力优于同种不同株球虫。经2次免疫后,早熟株免疫组的鸡平均增重、饲料转化率均高于母株免疫组和对照组,而盲肠病变记分小于后者;早熟株免疫组经球虫攻击后卵囊的繁殖量明显减少,且卵囊抑制率均在91%以上。

Immunological effect of precocious strain of Eimeria tenella on chicks in Yangling district
Abstract:
A precocious line of Eimeria tenella from Yangling strain were immunized to the chicks.The immunogenicity and the protective immunity were studied by comparing the parental strain of the average weight gain,feed conversion ration(FCR),average lesion score and ratio with the control.The result showed the following characteristics:the reduced oocysts ratio (77.3% and 67.6%) was higher than that of the parental stain (41.7% and 57.1%) respectively,and the protective capacity to the challenge of the same stain Eimeria tenella was better than that of the different strain;after twice immunization,the precocious line had higher weight gain,FCR and average lesion score were much lower than those of the controled group,and the reduced oocysts ratios were all above 91%.
