锌在固始鸡不同组织器官中沉积量的动态研究

摘要:
用原子吸收分光光度计法对固始鸡0,2,4,6和8周龄时各组织器官(胸肌、腿肌、肝脏、肾脏、心脏、胰脏、胫骨、趾骨、跖骨、法氏囊)的锌沉积量进行了测定。结果表明:(1)心脏中锌沉积量随周龄变化差异不显著(P>0.05);肝脏中锌沉积量随周龄变化差异显著(P<0.05);肾脏、胰脏、法氏囊、胸肌、腿肌、胫骨、跖骨、趾骨中锌沉积量随周龄变化差异极显著(P<0.01)。(2)2周龄之后,锌在骨骼、胰脏、法氏囊中沉积量较高,在肌肉中沉积量较低,其中在胸肌中沉积量最低,明显低于其他组织器官。(3)法氏囊、胸肌、肾脏、胰脏中锌沉积量随周龄的增加逐渐减小,且差异极显著(P<0.01);腿肌、肝脏、心脏、胫骨、趾骨、跖骨中锌沉积量在0~4周逐渐上升,4~6周有下降趋势,但变化规律不明显。

Dynamic study on the contents of Zinc in different tissues of Gushi chick
Abstract:
The contents of Zn in ten different tissues (breast muscle,leg muscle,liver,kidney,heart,pancreas,shankbone,phalange,metatarsus,bursa cloacalis) of Gushi chicks were determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometry and the data were analysed with ANOVA.The results show:(1) the contents of Zn in heart is not significantly different going with the week age (P>0.05),while the contents of Zn in liver is significantly different (P<0.05),and the contents of Zn in kidney,pancreas,bursa cloacalis,breast muscle,leg muscle,shankbone,metatarsus,phalange are terribly significantly different (P<0.01);(2) Since the second weekend,the contents of Zn in bones,pancreas,bursa cloacalis are higher,lower in muscle,and lowest in breast muscle.(3) the contents of Zn in bursa cloacalis,breast muscle,kidney and pancreas decrease gradually,and the change of the contents are terribly significantly different (P<0.01).The contents of Zn in leg muscle,liver,heart,shankbone,phalange,metatarsal go up between 0 to the 4th week,then has a downtrend until the 6th weekend,but the change is not evident.
