摘要:

以S-缬氨酸和对-二甲苯为原料，经卤代、Friedel-Crafts酰基化和非对映选择还原，制备了新的手性配体（1R,2S）-3-甲基-1-（2，5--二甲基）苯基-2-氨基-1-丁醇，总收率为43.7%。

Preparation of a new chiral amino alcohol

Abstract:

A new chiral ligand (1R,2S)-3-methyl-1-(2,5-dimethyl) phenyl-2-Amino-1-butanol was synthesized from S-Valine and p-Xylene based on halogenation,Friedel-Crafts reactions and diastereoselective reduction.The total yield was 43.7%.
