正交设计优选苦荞黄酮成分的超声提取工艺

摘要:
试验优选了超声提取苦荞黄酮类化学成分的最佳工艺条件。通过L16(43×26)正交表设计超声提取苦荞的方案,以芦丁为考察黄酮含量的指标,以溶剂浓度(A)、提取温度(B)、提取时间(C)和溶剂种类(D)为考察因素,用紫外分光光度计测定苦荞中芦丁含量并最终确定了最佳的提取条件。结果表明,影响苦荞超声提取的因素为溶剂浓度>提取温度>提取时间>溶剂种类;最佳工艺条件为:以950 mL/L甲醇为溶剂,提取温度30 ℃,提取时间30 min。

Study on the method for ultrusonic extraction of flavonoids from F.tartaricum with orthogonal test
Abstract:
We have got the best ultrusonic extraction technology of flavonoids from F.tartaricum.Through orthogonal test,a scheme to extract F.tartaricum was designed.With rutin as investingation quota,and reagent concentration,temperature,time and reagent types as influenced factors,the content of rutin in F.tartaricum was determined with UV/Vis Spectro-meter and defined the best extraction technology.Finally,the order of the factors which affected extraction was:reagent concentration>extraction temperature>extraction time>reagent types.The best extraction technology was A4B1C2D1.
