东方百合叶片组织培养研究

摘要:
对东方百合杂交系(Oriental hybrids)中西西(Sissi)品种的叶片、叶柄进行了离体培养研究。结果表明,诱导西西叶片、叶柄分化出小鳞茎的培养基为S4(MS +6-BA 2.0 mg/L +NAA 0.2 mg/L),诱导率分别为22.2%,11.1%。S4培养基诱导的小鳞茎粗壮,再分化能力强,诱导率相对较高,宜采用MS +6-BA 2.0 mg/L +NAA 0.2 mg/L培养基作为继代培养基;生根培养基为1/2MS +IBA 0.3 mg/L。

Abstract:
The leaf,petiole of the oriental lily hybrids,Sissi was in vitro cultured.The optimal medium for the leaf,petiole of Sissi was S4 medium (MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L),and the inducing rate of bublets was 22.2%,11.1% respectively.The bulblets differentiated on the S4 (MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L) medium was better,and the inducing rate was higher.The subculture medium was the S4 (MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L) medium.The rooting medium was 1/2 MS+IBA 0.3 mg/L.
