甘薯脱毒苗的离体快繁研究

摘要:
研究了基本培养基和两种激素单独使用对甘薯脱毒种苗生长的影响。结果表明:MS培养基是甘薯脱毒种苗生长的最佳培养基。激素NAA比6-BA能更有效促进生长,其最佳质量浓度为0.5~1.0 mg/L,而6-BA更有利于促进根、芽的快速生长,其最佳质量浓度在1.0 mg/L以下,超过2.0 mg/L则严重抑制根的分化与生长。

Abstract:
The experimental result about the effect of base medium and two kinds of hormones used seperately on growth of sweet potato seedling virus-freed shows:The best medium is MS medium for growth of virus-free seedling.The NAA is more effective than 6-BA for improving growth among two kinds of hormone.Its best concentration is 0.5-1.0 mg/L;but the 6-BA can improve more quickly shooting of root and bud,its best concentration should be under 1.0 mg/L.The differentiation and growth of root will be checked when the concentration is over 2.0 mg/L.
