天然油菜素内酯对沙棘种子萌发和下胚轴伸长的影响

摘要:
用不同质量浓度的天然油菜素内酯(NBR)处理贮藏4年的沙棘种子后,发现天然油菜素内酯对沙棘种子的发芽率,发芽势及平均发芽速度有明显的促进作用,与对照相比,发芽率提高了18.52%~24.63%,发芽势提高了25.48%~65.61%,平均发芽速度提高了20.60%~28.79%,发芽时间缩短了1.51~2.11 d,其中质量浓度为0.05 mg/L的处理促进发芽效果最好,NBR处理对沙棘种胚下胚轴伸长生长也有促进效应,在处理的第2天到第4天,下胚轴伸长生长比对照高出8.8%~28.4%,其中质量浓度为0.1 mg/L的处理促进下胚轴伸长效应明显。

Effects of the natural brassinolide on the seed germination and hypocotyl elongation of Hippophae rhamnoides
Abstract:
The germination rate,germination capacity and mean germination speed of Hippophae rhamnoides seeds were obviously improved after the seeds were soaked with different concentrations of the natural brassinolide (NBR).Compared with control,the germination rate and germination capacity of the seeds was increased by 18.52%-24.63% and 25.48%-65.61% respectively,the mean germination speed of the seeds was increased by 20.60%-28.79%,and the germination time was shortened by 1.51-2.11 days,of which 0.05 mg/L concentration of NBR treatment was the best.Hypocotyls of Hippophae rhamnoides were elongated after they were treated with different concentrations of the natural brassinolide.The lengths of the hypocotyls were increased by 8.8%-28.4% from the second day to the fourth day after treatment,compared with control,of which 0.1 mg/L concentration of the natural brassinolide treatment was the best.
