混料试验设计在肥料配比研究中的应用

摘要:
采用盆栽试验研究了混料设计中的单形重心设计在氮、磷、钾配比上的应用。测定了冬小麦分蘖数、地上部鲜物质质量、干物质质量、植株全氮、全磷、全钾含量以及土壤有效氮、磷、钾含量,配置了各个项目的回归方程,求出相同产量下的氮、磷、钾肥料配比,再依各配比值绘制等值线。根据等值线的变化确定了肥料配比变化对作物产量的影响,初步验证了混料设计在肥料配比研究中的可行性。

Abstract:
In this paper the pot experiment was conducted in order to study the application of the simplex centroid design in the combination of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium fertilizers.The tillering numbers,fresh weight and dry weight of the aboveground parts,the total nitrogen,total phosphorus and total potassium of wheat plants,as well as nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium contents in tested soils were determined.The correlation equations of different items were allocated,and the proportions of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium fertilizers were calculated and the equivalent yield curves were made based on these proportions.According to the changes of equivalent yields curves,the influence of fertilizer proportion changes on crop yield was ascertained,the feasibility of mixture experiment design in the study of fertilizer combination was primarily demonstrated.
