异种器官移植转基因猪检测系统的建立

摘要:
以PCR、免疫荧光、细胞毒试验在DNA、表达、功能水平对转hDAF基因猪进行了检测。结果表明转基因猪的整合率为19.35%(18/93);在14头转基因阳性猪中,有7头动脉肌肉层表达了外源hDAF基因,6头猪的外源基因表达产物可以抑制猪淋巴细胞的裂解。

Abstract:
By using PCr,immunfluorescence,microlymphocytotoxicity,transgenic pigs were detected in levels of DNA,expressing and function.The results indicated that the integration ratio was 19.35%(18/93).Of the 14 transgenic pigs,7 pigs’vascular smooth muscle expressed exogene of hDAF,and the expressing products of hDAF in 6 transgenic pigs could delay pigs’lymphocyte cleavaging.
