杏花粉的低压保存研究

摘要:
5℃±2℃和79.7 kPa的低压环境可有效地保存杏花粉12个月。新鲜花粉在16℃或-20℃条件下进行低压(79.7 kPa)预处理30 min后,投入LN2保存,两种温度对花粉生活力影响差异很小,这种花粉在26℃水化处理后,即可恢复活力,但低压条件下(24.8kPa)LN2贮藏花粉与常压LN2贮藏并无差异。

Preservation of Apricot Pollen under Hypobaric Atmosphere

Abstract:
Apricot (Prunus armeniaca L.) pollen could be stored effectively for one year under hypobaric atmosphere (79.7 kPa) at 5℃±2℃. Fresh pollen was pretreated in vaccum condition (79.7 kPa) at 16℃ or -20℃ for 30 min., and then stored in liquid nitrogen (LN2).The germination by different temperature pretreatments had similar effects.Cryopreservative pollen had to be rehydrated for recovery of germination at 26℃. There was no significant difference in pollon vitality of apricots between the hypobaric atmosphere (24.8 kPa) and the normal barometric pressure (101.3 kPa) stored in LN2.
