渗透胁迫下2,4-D和乙烯利对玉米叶片延伸生长及细胞壁性质的影响

摘要:
渗透胁迫下20mg/L2,4-D和400mg/L的乙烯利能不同程度地促进或抑制玉米叶片的延伸生长(LER)。随着胁迫程度的加强,2,4-D处理的LER下降迅速,而乙烯利处理的LER下降较为缓慢;无论是上述2种处理还是对照,玉米叶片生长部位膨压(ψp)、细胞壁屈服阈值(Y)变化不大,而细胞壁的延伸性能(m)则呈明显下降趋势且处理间差异很大。随着叶片生长部位外施重力的增加,LER逐渐升高,但不同处理间的相对生长速率(RER)仍有差异。

Effects of 2,4-D and Ethfel on Elongation Growth and Properties of Cell Wall of Maize Leaf Under Osmotic Stress

Abstract:
Under osmotic stress,20mg/L 2,4-D and 400 mg/L ethrel improved or inhibited the leaf elongation rates (LER) of maize leaves to some extent respectively. With an increase in stress degree,LER treated with 2,4-D decreased faster than that with ethrel.The pressure potential (ψp) and yield threshold (Y) changed slightly in either the above two treatments or in the control,while the cell wall extensibility (m) decreased significantly and there was a great significant difference in decreasing trends among the treatments.Leaf elongation rates (LER) were increased by adding weights to growing region of maize leaves,while relative elogation rates (RER) were different among the trestnlents。
