欧亚种葡萄霜霉病抗性及其遗传稳定性研究

摘要:
系统地研究了105个欧亚种葡萄品种和7个种内杂(自)交组合并1029株F1的霜霉病抗性。结果表明,欧亚种葡萄品种间的霜霉病抗性存在着显著差异,根据其抗病性水平,可将供试品种分为3大类;在所有的自交和杂文组合的后代群体中,都存在着一些抗病植株。由于欧亚种葡萄品种及其自(杂)交后代的霜霉病抗性都呈连续分布,可以认为其抗性受多基因控制,而且在寄主群体中存在着微效抗病基因。

Abstract:
The resistance of grapevine to P.viticola was systematically studied with 105 cultivars of V.vinifera and 1029 plants from 7 progenies of both selfing and intraspecific hybridization.The results showed that there were significant differences in resistance to P.viticola among the cultivars of V. vinifera studied,which might be divided into 3 groups according to their resistant scores. Analysis of resistance to P. vilicola in progenies showed that in every progeny there were always some resistant genotypes. The continuous distribution of susceptibility in both cultivars and their progenies of V. vinifera suggests that resistance to the disease is of a polygenic type and that minor resistance genes exists in cultivars of V. vinifera. These results provide the experimental and theoretical basis for improvements in quality and resistance of grapevine by intraspecific hybridization of V. vinifera.
