化学发光法测量土壤中还原性物质总量

摘要:
酸性溶液中重铬酸钾与土壤浸出液中还原性物质反应,生成等物质量的Cr(Ⅲ),利用Cr(Ⅲ)对碱性Lumino-H2O2化学发光体系的催化作用,间接测定土壤中还原性物质总量。与常规土壤分析法对照,该法灵敏度高,准确度好,适用于还原性物质较低的旱地耕土。最低检出限为4.62×10-7mol·L-1(1/3Cr3+),RSD<4.0%。

Abstract:
In acid solution, K2Cr207 reacted with reducing matters in soi1 can produce an equal amount of matters-Cr(Ⅲ) Total amount of reducing matters in soil can be indirectly determined using the efects of Cr(Ⅲ) upon the catalyzation of Luminot-H2O2 chemiluminescence system,In contrast with the usual soi1 analytical method;this one is high in sensitivity,good in accurateness,and adaptable to the determination of trace reducing matters in soil of rainfed 1and.The 1owest detection 1imit is 4.62×10-7mol·L-1(1/3Cr3+),RSD<4.0%.
