| 酸性溶液中重铬酸钾与土壤浸出液中还原性物质反应,生成等物质量的Cr(Ⅲ),利用Cr(Ⅲ)对碱性Lumino-H2O2化学发光体系的催化作用,间接测定土壤中还原性物质总量。与常规土壤分析法对照,该法灵敏度高,准确度好,适用于还原性物质较低的旱地耕土。最低检出限为4.62×10-7mol·L-1(1/3Cr3+),RSD<4.0%。 |
