| 【 目的】研究树番茄苗木生理特性与光合参数对不同浓度叶面配比施肥的响应,为树番茄苗木养分管 理提供理论依据。【 方法】以1年生树番茄苗木为研究对象,采用3因素(N、P、K)3水平(10,20,30 g/L)进行L9(34)正交试验设计,以不施肥处理(CK)为对照,探究树番茄苗木生长生理及光合参数对叶面施肥的响应。【 结果】与CK相 比,叶面施肥能有效促进树番茄苗木生物量积累和叶片形态发育,并促进叶绿素积累,其中苗木生物量、苗高、地径和 叶绿素含量对N敏感,而叶片形态主要受到P调控。与CK相比,叶面施肥处理可不同程度提高叶片净光合速率、蒸腾 速率、气孔导度和水分利用效率,降低胞间CO2浓度,同时对树番茄苗木叶片最大荧光、可变荧光、PSⅡ潜在光化学活 性和最大光化学效率有明显影响。与CK相比,各叶面施肥处理能明显提高超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化物酶、过氧化氢 酶活性和脯氨酸、可溶性蛋白含量。【 结论】叶面喷施氮磷钾肥能明显促进树番茄苗木的光合效能和生长发育,其中T5处理(N2P2K3)表现最优。 |

| 【 Objective】This research aims to study the response of physiological characteristics and photo?synthetic parameters of Cyphomandra betacea seedling to different concentrations of foliar fertilization,to pro?vide a theoretical basis for nutrient management of C. betacea seedlings.【Method】One-year-old C. betacea seedlings were taken as the research object,and L9(34) orthogonal design was conducted with three factors(N,
P,K) and three level( 10,20,30 g/L). With no fertilizer treatment as the control( CK),the response of physiological characteristics and photosynthetic fluorescence of C. betacea seedlings to the foliar spraying of nitrogen,
phosphorus and potassium was explored.【Result】Compared with CK,foliar fertilization can effectively promote the biomass accumulation and leaf morphological development of C. betacea seedlings,and promote chlorophyll accumulation and photosynthesis. Notably,the biomass,height,and chlorophyll content of seedlings were mostly affected by N,while leaf morphology was mainly regulated by P. Compared with the CK,foliar fertilization treat?ments increased the net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate,stomatal conductance,and water use efficiency of the leaves to varying degrees,reduced the intercellular CO2 concentration,and significantly affected the maximum fluorescence,variable fluorescence,potential activity of PSⅡ,and maximum photochemical efficiency of C. betacea seedlings’ leaves. Compared with the CK,each foliar fertilization treatment significantly increased the activi?ties of superoxide ismutase,peroxidase,catalase,as well as the contents of proline and soluble protein.【Conclusion】Foliar application of nitrogen,phosphorus,and potassium fertilizers can significantly promote the photosyn?thetic efficiency and growth of C. betacea seedlings,with the T5 treatment( N2P2K3) showing the best result. |
