叶面喷施锌、钼对盐胁迫下白鲜幼苗形态和生理特征的影响

摘要:
【目的】探究外源性锌、钼对白鲜幼苗生长及耐盐性的影响,评估其在缓解盐胁迫中的生理作用机制,并确定其应用潜力和适宜的使用浓度。【方法】以1年生白鲜幼苗为材料,通过水培模拟不同浓度NaCl溶液盐胁迫处理,并喷施不同质量浓度ZnSO4(0.05,0.1 g/L)和Na2MoO4(0.5,1.0 g/L)溶液,分析其生长及生理指标变化。【结果】与对照相比,叶面喷施锌、钼显著改善了盐胁迫下白鲜幼苗的生长状况及光合作用效率,有效降低了氧化损伤和离子失衡的影响,并以0.1 g/L ZnSO4和1.0 g/L Na2MoO4配施效果最佳,其可显著降低盐胁迫下白鲜幼苗叶片相对电导率、MDA和H2O2含量,增加光合色素含量和叶绿素荧光参数,增强抗氧化酶(SOD、CAT、POD)活性,并提升GSH和AsA含量。【结论】叶面喷施锌和钼可以有效提高白鲜幼苗的抗氧化能力,减少活性氧对细胞及膜的损伤,促进光合色素合成,缓解盐胁迫的负面影响,并以0.1 g/L ZnSO4和1.0 g/L Na2MoO4溶液配施效果最优。

Abstract:
【Objective】Effects of exogenous zinc and molybdenum on the growth and salt tolerance of Dictamnus dasycarpus Turcz.seedlings were investigated,the physiological mechanism of alleviating salt stress was evaluated,and its application potential and suitable concentration were determined.【Method】One-year-old seedlings of D.dasycarpus were used as materials to simulate salt stress treatment with different concentrations of NaCl solution by hydroponics,and different concentrations of ZnSO4(0.05,0.1 g/L) and Na2MoO4 (0.5,1.0 g/L) solutions were sprayed to analyze their growth and physiological indexes.【Result】Compared with the control,foliar spraying of zinc and molybdenum significantly improved the growth status and photosynthetic efficiency of D.dasycarpus seedlings under salt stress,and effectively reduced oxidative damage and ion imbalance.The combination of 0.1 g/L ZnSO4 and 1.0 g/L Na2MoO4 had the best effect,which significantly reduced the relative conductivity,MDA and H2O2 content,increased photosynthetic pigments and fluorescence parameters,enhanced antioxidant enzyme activity (SOD,CAT,POD),and increased GSH and AsA content.【Conclusion】By spraying zinc and molybdenum,it can effectively enhance the antioxidant capacity of D.dasycarpus,reduce the damage of reactive oxygen species to cells and membranes,promote the synthesis of photosynthetic pigments,and alleviate the negative effects of salt stress.The combined application of 0.1 g/L ZnSO4 and 1.0 g/L Na2MoO4 has the best effect.
