| 【目的】探究补充不同LED光质对多花黄精生长、生理和有效成分积累的影响,为优化栽培的光照条件、提高多花黄精药用价值提供理论支持。【方法】以2年生多花黄精栽培幼苗为材料,设置全白光对照及蓝白光、绿白光、黄白光、红白光和紫外 B白光5种补充光质处理,测定植株生长指标、叶绿素含量、抗氧化指标及根状茎中黄精多糖、类黄酮和醇溶性浸出物含量,评估不同光质对多花黄精产量与品质的影响。【结果】补充蓝光和红光可以促进多花黄精根状茎增粗却抑制其质量的增加,补充其他光质可促进多花黄精根状茎增粗和质量增加,但却会抑制株高或叶片生长。补充蓝光和红光有利于叶绿素合成,而补充其他光质则会抑制叶绿素的合成。补充蓝光和红光处理植株叶片丙二醛(MDA)含量增加幅度较小,而其超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性高于对照组。补充5种光质均能显著提升黄精根状茎的多糖和类黄酮含量,其中以红光对黄精多糖的提升效果最为显著,并且还可以显著增加醇溶性浸出物含量;补充蓝光对类黄酮积累的促进效果最佳。【结论】补充蓝光和红光可显著增强多花黄精叶片SOD活性,有效减轻氧化损伤,有益于根状茎增粗及药用有效成分积累。 |

| 【Objective】This study aims to investigate the effects of supplementating different LED light quality on the growth,physiology,and accumulation of active ingredients in Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua,in order to optimize the light conditions and provide theoretical support for improving the medicinal value of P.cyrtonema.【Method】Two-year-old seedlings of P.cyrtonema were used as materials.A control group exposed to full-spectrum white light and five treatment groups with supplementary light qualities,including blue-white,green-white,yellow-white,red-white,and UV-B-white combined lights,were established to determine growth indexes,chlorophyll content,antioxidant indexes,the contents of polysaccharides,flavonoids,and alcohol-soluble extractives in rhizomes,and evaluate the effects of different light qualities on the yield and quality of P.cyrtonema.【Result】Supplementation of blue and red light promoted rhizome thickening in P.cyrtonema but hindered weight gain,whereas other light qualities promoted rhizome thickening and weight gain but inhibited plant height or leaf growth.Supplementation of blue and red light favored chlorophyll synthesis,while other light qualities inhibited chlorophyll synthesis.Malondialdehyde (MDA) in leaves was increased less in the blue-white and red-white treatment groups,while the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) in these two treatment groups was higher than that in control group.Supplementation of five light qualities increased the content of polysaccharides and flavonoids,among which red light had the most significant effect on polysaccharide and significantly increased the content of alcohol-soluble extractives,and blue light had the best effect on flavonoid accumulation.【Conclusion】Supplementing blue and red light enhances SOD activity in leaves,reduces oxidative damage,and is beneficial to rhizome thickening and accumulation of medicinal active ingredients. |
