滇水金凤在不同环境和花期中挥发性成分分析

摘要:
【目的】研究滇水金凤在不同生活环境和花期中挥发性成分种类和含量变化,为其资源化利用奠定基础。【方法】采用HS-GC-MS中NIST 2017谱图库,结合SIMCA14.1中PCA及OPLS-DA分析滇水金凤中挥发性成分的变化规律。【结果】从水生、水陆交界区和陆生滇水金凤花中分别检测出48,43,42种挥发性成分,主要为烯烃类、酯类、醇类。在花蕾期、半开期滇水金凤中3-乙烯基-1,2-二甲基-1,4-环己二烯相对含量最高,水生滇水金凤花蕾中其相对含量高达58.35%,而水生、陆生盛花期滇水金凤中以(-)-桃金娘烯醇和乙酸桃金娘烯酯相对含量最高,分别为45.99%和41.00%。水生、水陆交界区和陆生滇水金凤花蕾中挥发性成分距离较近,相似度较高,而半开期及盛花期则呈现出较远的距离。【结论】滇水金凤中差异挥发性成分以烯烃类、酯类、醇类为主。水生滇水金凤中烯烃类和酯类、醇类的相对含量变化完全相反,不同环境和花期对滇水金凤香气特征的形成具有重要影响。

Analysis of volatile components in different environment and flowering stage of Impatiens uliginosa

Abstract:
【Objective】This study investigates the variations in types and contents of volatile components in Impatiens uliginosa in different living environments and flowering stages,thereby laying a foundation for its resource utilization.【Method】The NIST 2017 library in HS-GC-MS,combined with principal component analysis (PCA) and OPLS-DA analysis in SIMCA14.1,was used to analyze the variation pattern of volatile components in different I.uliginosa.【Result】In the aquatic,riparian,and terrestrial environments,48,43,and 42 volatile components were detected in the flowers of I.uliginosa,respectively.The main components were alkenes,esters,and alcohols.The substance with the highest content in the buds and half-open flowers of I.uliginosa was 3-ethenyl-1,2-dimethyl-1,4-cyclohexadiene,with a maximum content of 58.35% in the flower buds of the aquatic I.uliginosa.The relative contents of (-)-myrtenol and myrtenyl acetate were the highest in aquatic and terrestrial I.uliginosa,which were 45.99% and 41.00%,respectively.The volatile components in the buds of aquatic,riparian,and terrestrial I.uliginosa were close,with high similarity.In comparison to the half-open stage and the full-bloom stage,there was a considerable distance observed.【Conclusion】The volatile components in I.uliginosa primarily consisted of alkenes,exters and alcohols,while the variation of alkenes,esters,and alcohols in aquatic I.uliginosa was completely opposite.Therefore,different environments and flowering periods had a significant impact on the formation of aromatic characteristics I.uliginosa.
