淹水胁迫对千屈菜幼苗形态和生理特性的影响

摘要:
【目的】研究淹水胁迫对千屈菜幼苗形态和生理特性的影响,为逆境胁迫下千屈菜的栽培及生理响应研究提供理论依据。【方法】以千屈菜幼苗为材料,采用双套盆法模拟淹水胁迫,以常规水分管理为对照,分别设置渍水(GM)、部分水淹(PM)和全淹(SM)3种淹水胁迫,观察植株长势,胁迫处理7 d后测定千屈菜幼苗的鲜质量、干质量、根冠比、相关保护酶活性、叶绿素含量、丙二醛(MDA)及渗透调节物质含量,研究不同淹水胁迫对千屈菜幼苗形态和生理特性的影响。【结果】在不同淹水胁迫下,千屈菜幼苗鲜质量随淹水胁迫程度增加呈显著上升趋势,全株干质量和根冠比均呈现先上升后下降趋势,其中在部分水淹(PM)下全株干质量和根冠比均达最大值;超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化物酶和过氧化氢酶活性,以及叶绿素、可溶性蛋白和脯氨酸含量均随淹水胁迫程度增加呈现先升后降趋势,且均在部分水淹(PM)处理达到最大值,长势最佳,而在SM处理各指标值最低,植株枯萎;丙二醛(MDA)含量随淹水胁迫程度增加呈先降后升趋势,在部分水淹(PM)处理下MDA含量最低,这可能与保护酶活性增强清除了植株体内活性氧,从而降低了膜脂过氧化程度有关。【结论】部分水淹(PM)更有利于千屈菜幼苗生长。

Effects of waterlogging stress on the morphological and physiological characteristics of Lythrum salicaria seedlings

Abstract:
【Objective】This research aimed to explore the effects of waterlogging stress on the morphological and physiological characteristics of Lythrum salicaria seedlings,to provide theoretical basis for cultivation and physiological response of Lythrum salicaria under stress.【Method】With Lythrum salicaria seedlings as materials,the seeds of Lythrum salicaria with uniform size and full grains were first sown,and then the plants in good growth status were selected for potted treatment.The two-set pot method was adopted to simulate waterlogging stress,and seedlings under the normal water management was used as the control.Three kinds of water stress were set up,waterlogging (GM),partial waterlogging (PM) and complete waterlogging (SM),and their growth was observed.After 7 days of stress treatment,fresh weight,dry weight,root shoot ratio,protective enzyme activity,chlorophyll content,malondialdehyde (MDA) and osmoregulatory substance content of Lythrum salicaria seedlings were measured,to study the effects of different water stress on morphological and physiological characteristics of Lythrum salicaria seedlings.【Result】Under different waterlogging stress,the fresh weight increased significantly with the increase of waterlogging stress,and the total dry mass and root shoot ratio both increased first and then decreased,with their maximum values observed under partial waterlogging (PM).Superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity,peroxidase (POD) activity,catalase (CAT) activity,contents of chlorophyll and soluble protein and proline content all firstly increased and then decreased with the increase of waterlogging stress.The highest values of all these indicators were observed in PM treatment,showing the best growth condition,and the lowest values of all these indicators were observed in SM treatment,and the seedlings withered.The content of malondialdehyde (MDA) decreased first and then increased with the increase of waterlogging stress,and the MDA content was the lowest under partial flooding (PM) treatment,which was assumed to be related to the enhancement of protective enzyme activity that can clear active oxygen species in plants and thus reduce the degree of membrane lipid peroxidation.【Conclusion】Partial waterlogging (PM) is more favorable to the growth of Lythrum salicaria.
