| 【目的】明确宁夏地区葡萄霜霉菌孢子囊大小、致病力以及二者之间的相关性,为宁夏地区葡萄霜霉病的防治提供参考。【方法】采用组织分离法从采自宁夏平吉堡、黄羊滩、玉泉营、红寺堡、白寺滩地区的葡萄霜霉病病叶中分离纯化得到79株葡萄霜霉菌菌株,分别采用显微镜观察测量孢子囊大小,采用离体叶盘法进行致病力测定,并利用OriginPro 2022软件皮尔逊相关性热图分析葡萄霜霉菌孢子囊大小与致病力的相关性。【结果】同一地区不同葡萄霜霉菌菌株间孢子囊大小有差异,其中平吉堡、玉泉营、白寺滩、黄羊滩、红寺堡葡萄霜霉菌孢子囊平均长度最大差值分别为4.58,3.33,3.05,2.60和2.23 μm;红寺堡、玉泉营、黄羊滩、白寺滩和平吉堡葡萄霜霉菌孢子囊平均宽度最大差值分别为2.86,2.68,2.67,2.03和1.29 μm。不同地区葡萄霜霉菌孢子囊大小比较中,红寺堡葡萄霜霉菌孢子囊的平均长度显著大于其他地区,玉泉营葡萄霜霉菌孢子囊的平均宽度显著大于其他地区,白寺滩葡萄霜霉菌孢子囊的平均长度和平均宽度均最小。玉泉营葡萄霜霉菌发病率和病情指数均值分别为65.41%和26.57,均显著高于其他地区,致病力最强;平吉堡和白寺滩葡萄霜霉菌的致病力较强,黄羊滩葡萄霜霉菌的致病力较弱;红寺堡葡萄霜霉菌的发病率和病情指数均值分别为20.00%和4.89,均显著低于其他地区,致病力最弱。不同地区葡萄霜霉菌孢子囊长度、宽度以及长宽比均与第9天的病情指数相关性不显著。【结论】同一地区不同葡萄霜霉菌菌株间孢子囊大小存在差异,不同地区葡萄霜霉菌孢子囊大小也存在差异。不同地区葡萄霜霉菌致病力不同,存在致病力分化现象。不同地区来源的葡萄霜霉菌孢子囊大小与其致病力之间的相关性不显著。 |

| 【Objective】This research aimed to clarify the sporangia size,pathogenicity and their correlation of Plasmopara viticola in Ningxia,to provide reference for the control of grape downy mildew in Ningxia.【Method】79 strains of P.viticola were isolated and purified from the diseased leaves of grape downy mildew collected from Pingjipu,Huangyangtan,Yuquanying,Hongsipu,and Baisitan areas in Ningxia with tissue separation method.The sporangia size was observed and measured under a microscope,and their pathogenicity was determined with the leaf disc method in vitro.The Pearson correlation heatmap of OriginPro 2022 software was used to analyze the correlation between the sporangia size and pathogenicity of P.viticola.【Result】By comparing the sporangia sizes of different P.viticola strains in the same region,difference was observed and the maximum differences in average sporangia length of Pingjipu,Yu quanying,Baisitan,Huangyangtan,and Hongsipu P.viticola strains were 4.58,3.33,3.05,2.60,and 2.23 μm,respectively.The maximum differences in average width of sporangia of Hongsipu,Yuquanying,Huangyangtan,Baisitan,and Pingjipu P.viticola strains were 2.86,2.68,2.67,2.03,and 1.29 μm,respectively.The average length of the P.viticola sporangia in Hongsipu was significantly higher than those in other areas.The average width of the P.viticola sporangia in Yuquanying was significantly higher than those in other areas.The average length and width of the P.viticola sporangia in Baisitan was the lowest among the five areas.Compared with the pathogenicity of P.viticola in other areas in Ningxia,the average incidence rate of P.viticola strains in Yuquanying was 65.41% and the disease index was 26.57,which were significantly higher than those in other regions,indicating the highest pathogenicity.The pathogenicity of P.viticola strains in Pingjipu and Baisitan was relatively high,and the pathogenicity of P.viticola strains in Huangyangtan was relatively low.The average incidence rate of P.viticola strains in Hongsipu was 20.00% and the disease index was 4.89,which were significantly lower than those in other regions,indicating the lowest pathogenicity.The length,width and length-width ratio of the sporangia of P.viticola in different regions showed no significant correlation with the disease index on the ninth day.【Conclusion】Difference was observed in the size of sporangia among different strains of P.viticola in the same region,and in the size of sporangia among different regions.The pathogenicity of P.viticola varied in different regions,and a phenomenon of pathogenicity differentiation was observed.The correlation between the size of sporangia of P.viticola from different regions and their pathogenicity was not significant. |
