昆虫高温胁迫响应研究进展

摘要:
昆虫是全球最大的生物种群,气候变暖引起的高温胁迫对昆虫的生长发育、繁殖、地理分布、体内物质含量及相关基因表达等产生了显著影响。同时,作为生存能力超强的昆虫,也会通过身体构造上的优势、调整生活史、改变栖息地等策略来规避或减少高温损伤。本研究从高温胁迫对昆虫生长的影响及昆虫对高温胁迫的应对策略两个方面,梳理了昆虫对高温胁迫响应的研究进展,为昆虫对高温胁迫的适应性研究及昆虫种群分布和种群变化研究提供参考,同时也为生物多样性研究和农林害虫的防控提供指导。

Abstract:
Insects are the largest biological population in the world.The high temperature stress caused by climate change has a significant impact on the growth and development,reproduction,geographical distribution,material content and gene expression of insect.Meanwhile,with super strong survival ability,they have also developed unique strategies to cope with high temperature stress,such as advantages in body structure,adjustment of life history and changes in habitat.In this study,the response to high temperature stress of insects was reviewed from two aspects:the impact of high temperature stress on insect growth and their response strategies to high temperature stress,providing reference to the adaptability research of insects to high temperature stress,and distribution and variation research of insect population.It also provides significant guidance for biodiversity research and the prevention and control work of agricultural and forestry pests.
