丛枝菌根真菌对不同苹果树生长及果实品质的影响

摘要:
【目的】探究在野外大田环境下丛枝菌根真菌(AMF)对嘎啦和富士苹果树生长及果实品质的影响,为AMF促进苹果树体生长及提升果实品质提供理论依据。【方法】以7年生自根砧为T337的嘎啦和富士苹果为试验材料,在根系生长高峰期和幼果期接种根内球囊霉(Glomus intraradices),以未接种菌剂为对照,研究在野外大田环境下丛枝菌根真菌对苹果树叶片叶绿素含量、营养元素(N、P、K)含量、抗氧化酶(SOD、POD和CAT)活性及果实品质的影响。【结果】与对照相比,在大田环境下丛枝菌根真菌对嘎啦和富士的接种效果较好,接种后富士根系的菌根侵染率较嘎啦根系显著提高25.49%。与对照相比,接种AMF处理嘎啦和富士苹果树叶片的总叶绿素含量分别提高5.62%和8.12%,营养元素N、P、K含量分别提高5.13%,8.27%,16.9%和5.36%,5.11%,16.79%,SOD、POD和CAT活性分别提高12.12%,7.69%,17.3%和16.67%,15.62%,31.14%,果实的单果质量、红色饱和度、可溶性固形物、维生素C含量分别提高8.12%,6.17%,16.24%,5.92%和9.10%,6.18%,6.20%,7.48%,而果实可滴定酸含量分别降低7.89%和11.76%。【结论】在野外大田环境下,丛枝菌根真菌与嘎啦和富士苹果树可以形成共生体,促进了嘎啦和富士苹果树体生长及果实品质的提高。

Effects of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi inoculation on growth and fruit quality of different apple trees

Abstract:
【Objective】This study explored the infection effect of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi on growth and development of Gala and Fuji apples in the field environment to provide basis for improving apple production.【Method】Seven-year-old Gala and Fuji apples with T337 rootstock were selected,and Glomus intraradices was inoculated into roots at the peak of root growth and young fruit stage.The inoculation effect of arbuscular mycorrhiza on chlorophyll content of apple leaves,contents of nutrient elements (N,P and K),activities of enzymes (SOD,POD and CAT) and fruit quality were analyzed.【Result】Compared with the control,the inoculation effect of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi on Gala and Fuji in field environment was better,and the mycorrhizal infection rate of Fuji was 25.49% higher than that of Gala.Compared with the control,total chlorophyll contents in leaves of Gala and Fuji apple trees with mycorrhizal infection were increased by 5.62% and 8.12%,respectively,and nutrient elements (N,P and K) of Gala trees were increased by 5.13%,8.27% and 16.9% and those of Fuji trees were increased by 5.36%,5.11% and 16.79%,respectively.Activities of antioxidant enzymes SOD,POD and CAT of Gala trees were increased by 12.12%,7.69% and 17.3%,while those of Fuji trees were increased by 16.67%,15.62% and 31.14%,respectively.Fruit weight,red saturation,soluble solids and vitamin C contents were increased by 8.12%,6.17%,16.24% and 5.92% for Gala trees and 9.10%,6.18%,6.20% and 7.48% for Fuji trees.Contents of titratable acids were decreased by 7.89% and 11.76%,respectively.【Conclusion】Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi formed symbionts with Gala and Fuji apples in the field environment and promoted the growth and fruit quality of Gala and Fuji apple trees.
