| 【目的】研究6个地理群体脊尾白虾(Exopalaemon carinicauda)的形态差异,为脊尾白虾的种质资源保护及其良种选育提供参考依据。【方法】采用单因素方差分析、聚类分析、主成分分析及判别分析等多元分析方法,以体质量和外部形态性状(全长、体长、头胸甲长、头胸甲宽、头胸甲高、第一腹节高、第一腹节宽、额剑长、尾节长、腹部长)为指标,对分别采自中国沿海赣榆、大丰、如东、启东、奉贤、宁海6个地理群体的脊尾白虾进行比较分析。【结果】(1)脊尾白虾群体的形态性状差异明显,其中宁海群体与其他群体差异最明显,大丰群体与赣榆、奉贤群体最为相近。(2)聚类分析发现,赣榆群体与大丰群体欧氏距离最短,形态最为接近,宁海群体趋异程度最大。(3)贡献最大的3个主成分的方差贡献率分别为27.490%,23.819%和18.039%,累积方差贡献率高达69.348%,其中主成分1中负荷值最大的为头胸甲宽/体长(0.749)。(4)得到6个地理群体脊尾白虾的判别函数,判别准确率P1为48.30%~75.00%,P2为50.00%~93.75%,综合判别率为60.60%,6个群体间各性状比例的差异系数均<1.28。【结论】不同地理群体脊尾白虾存在一定程度的外部形态差异,但这种形态差异尚未达到亚种水平。 |

| 【Objective】This study explored the morphological variations of six populations of Exopalaemon carinicauda to provide basis for improving resources conservation and variety breeding.【Method】Six populations of E.carinicauda,located in Ganyu,Dafeng,Rudong,Qidong,Fengxian and Ninghai,were surveyed.Morphological traits (total length,body length,cephalothorax length,cephalothorax width,cephalothorax height,first abdominal segment height,first abdominal segment width,rostrum length,tail-fan length and abdomen length) and body weights of E.carinicauda were evaluated using multivariate methods,including one-way ANOVA,cluster analysis,principal component analysis and discriminant analysis.【Result】(1) One-way ANOVA revealed significant variations in morphology between the six E.carinicauda geographic populations.The populations from Ganyu,Fengxian and Dafeng were similar,whereas Ninghai population was different from other populations.(2) Cluster analysis showed minimal differences between Ganyu and Dafeng populations,and Ninghai populations differed greatly from other populations.(3) Three principal components with contributions of 27.490%,23.819%,and 18.039% were obtained and the cumulative contributory ratio was 69.348%.The dominant factor of the first principal component was the ratio of cephalothorax width to body length (0.749).(4) The discriminant functions for the six populations were obtained with discriminant accuracy of 48.30%-75.00% for P1 and 50.00%-93.75% for P2,and the comprehensive discriminant accuracy was 60.60%.All difference coefficients of the trait proportions among the six populations were less than 1.28.【Conclusion】There were some morphological differences among the six populations of E.carinicauda,but the variations were not characterized as subspecies level. |
