覆膜对宁夏干旱区苜蓿种子产量及构成因素的影响

摘要:
【目的】研究覆膜种植对宁夏干旱区苜蓿种子产量及构成因素的影响,为苜蓿种子生产提供适宜的种植方式。【方法】以甘农4号苜蓿品种为材料,采用单因素随机区组设计,以覆黑膜(HM)和覆白膜(BM)为处理,不覆膜为对照,连续2年(2016-2017年)测定不同覆膜处理下种子产量及其构成因素。【结果】2016-2017年平均结果显示,HM和BM处理苜蓿的株高分别为105.75和104.77 cm,与对照相比分别提高了9.38和8.40 cm;HM和BM处理的每株花序数为493.77和501.85个,与对照相比分别提高了82.12和90.20个;BM处理的每花序结荚数与对照相比提高了1.33个,HM处理与对照无显著差异;HM和BM处理的每荚种子数分别为6.12和6.92个,与对照相比分别提高了0.8和1.6个;HM和BM处理苜蓿实际种子产量分别为358.95和494.73 kg/hm2,与对照相比分别提高了57.58和193.33 kg/hm2。由相关分析及通径分析可知,苜蓿单株种子产量与株高、分枝数、每株生殖枝数、每株花序数呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),与结荚率呈显著正相关(P<0.05);每株花序数对单株种子产量的贡献最大,其他因素对单株种子产量的贡献主要通过提高每株花序数间接地实现。【结论】覆白膜是提高苜蓿种子产量的最佳种植方式。

Effect of film mulching on alfalfa seed yield and components in arid area of Ningxia

Abstract:
【Objective】This study investigated the effects of film mulching planting on alfalfa seed yield and constituent factor in arid areas of Ningxia to provide suitable planting methods for alfalfa seed production.【Method】Single factor randomized block design was used to determine seed yield and its components of ‘Gannong 4’ alfalfa with black film (HM) and white film (BM) as treatments and no mulching as control.【Result】The average results from 2016 to 2017 showed that plant heights of alfalfa in HM and BM treatments were 105.75 and 104.77 cm,respectively,which were 9.38 and 8.40 cm higher than those of the control.The numbers of inflorescences per plant in HM and BM treatments were increased by 82.12 and 90.20 to 493.77 and 501.85,respectively.The number of pods per inflorescence in BM treatment was increased by 1.33 compared with the control,while there was no significant difference between HM treatment and the control.The numbers of seeds in per pod of HM and BM treatments was 6.12 and 6.92,respectively,which increased by 0.8 and 1.6 compared with the control.The actual seed yields of alfalfa treated with HM and BM were 358.95 and 494.73 kg/hm2,which were 57.58 and 193.33 kg/hm2 higher than those of the control.Correlation analysis and path analysis showed that the seed yield per plant of alfalfa was significantly positively correlated with plant height, branch number,reproductive branch number per plant and inflorescence number per plant (P<0.01),and significantly positively correlated with podding rate (P<0.05).The number of inflorescences per plant contributed most to seed yield per plant,and the other factors contributed most to seed yield per plant indirectly by increasing number of inflorescences per plant.【Conclusion】White film mulching was the best planting method for improving alfalfa seed yield based on this study.
