杨柴种子萌发对环境因子的响应研究

摘要:
【目的】阐明光照和温度、土壤含水量和沙埋深度、渗透势及盐碱环境等因子对杨柴种子萌发的影响特征,为提高其飞播种子萌发率提供依据。【方法】在室内控制条件下,设置2个光照和5个变温复合处理、5个土壤含水量和6个沙埋深度复合处理以及各11个干旱胁迫、NaCl和NaHCO3处理,研究杨柴种子萌发对光照和温度、土壤含水量和沙埋深度以及干旱、盐碱胁迫的响应。【结果】黑暗环境对杨柴种子萌发具有促进作用,20~30 ℃下,杨柴种子萌发快速且集中;光照条件下30/25 ℃为杨柴种子的最适萌发温度,黑暗条件下25/20 ℃为杨柴种子的最适萌发温度。5%和10%土壤含水量条件下,杨柴种子沙埋深度为1 cm时萌发情况最好,土壤含水量与沙埋深度呈现显著负互作效应。渗透势为-0.30~0 MPa时种子发芽率均高于80%,渗透势为-0.50 MPa时发芽率低于20%;NaCl水平在0~0.6%时种子发芽率超过70%,当其水平为2.0%时发芽率显著下降,仅为20%;NaHCO3水平在0~0.08%时种子发芽率超过70%,0.24%水平下发芽率低于20%。【结论】杨柴种子萌发阶段对温度较为敏感,黑暗环境对杨柴种子萌发具有促进作用,20~30 ℃下种子萌发快速且集中。适宜土壤含水量条件下,沙埋深度为1 cm时萌发情况较好;杨柴种子萌发对碱性盐胁迫的敏感程度高于干旱胁迫和中性盐胁迫。

Response of seed germination of Hedysarum leave to environmental factors

Abstract:
【Objective】In order to improve seed germination of Hedysarum leave in desert area,influences of light,temperature,soil water content,sand depth,osmotic potential and saline-alkali environment on seed germination were explored in the experiment.【Method】The characteristics and responses of H. leave seed germination to light,temperature,soil water content,sand depths,drought,NaCl and NaHCO3 were studied.The treatments included compound treatments of 2 light levels and 5 temperature levels,compound treatments of 5 soil water contents and 6 sand depths,and single treatments of drought,light and temperature,and drought,NaCl and NaHCO3 at 11 levels to study responses and interaction effect on seed germination of H. leave.【Result】Continuous darkness promoted germination of H. leave seeds.H. leave seeds germinated quickly and concentratedly at 20-30 ℃.The optimal germination temperature was 30/25 ℃ in normal light group and 25/20 ℃ in continuous darkness group.With 5% and 10% soil water contents,the germination was better when seed buried depth was 1 cm,and there was a significant negative interaction effect between buried depth and soil water content.When osmotic potential was -0.30-0 MPa,the germination rate was higher than 80%.When osmotic potential was -0.50 MPa,the germination rate was lower than 20%.The seed germination rate was over 70% when NaCl levels were 0-0.6%,it significantly decreased to 20% when NaCl level was 2.0%.The germination rate of seeds was more than 70% when NaHCO3 was within 0-0.08%,and it was less than 20% at 0.24%.【Conclusion】H. leave was sensitive to temperature in seed germination stage.Continuous darkness promoted seed germination and it was rapid and concentrated at 20-30 ℃.The germination was better when sand depth was 1 cm with suitable soil water content.The sensitivity to alkaline salt stress was higher than that to drought stress and neutral salt stress.
