微酸性电解水猪场消毒效果研究

摘要:
【目的】探讨微酸性电解水猪场消毒应用的适宜质量浓度,评估其使用过程中的安全性和有效性,为微酸性电解水在养殖业环境消毒中的推广应用提供依据。【方法】采用单因子试验设计,于2018年1月19日至3月18日,在河南驻马店某规模化养猪场,利用有效氯(ACC)质量浓度为20,40,60,80,100,120,150 mg/L的微酸性电解水,分别对猪舍、人员通道消毒间和运输车辆进行喷雾消毒,确定猪场微酸性电解水消毒适宜的质量浓度。利用确定的微酸性电解水消毒适宜有效氯质量浓度,与0.2%消毒灵和0.2%聚维酮碘溶液进行对比消毒试验,比较不同消毒剂对猪舍、人员通道消毒间和运输车辆的消毒效果,以及对猪场养殖设施常见金属材料的腐蚀情况。【结果】在喷雾消毒方式下,有效氯质量浓度为100 mg/L的微酸性电解水可有效抑制猪舍空气、车厢空气及其表面微生物的生长,灭菌率分别高达89.5%,87.5%和90.5%,显著高于0.2%消毒灵和0.2%聚维酮碘溶液(P<0.05)。在喷雾4 min,消毒作用5 min后采样的情况下,使用有效氯质量浓度为80 mg/L的微酸性电解水对人员通道消毒间空气以及人体衣服表面的消毒效果最佳,灭菌率分别为92.2%和84.7%,显著高于有效氯质量浓度为20,40和60 mg/L的微酸性电解水(P<0.05),但与有效氯质量浓度为100,120,150 mg/L的微酸性电解水无显著差异(P>0.05)。微酸性电解水可显著减少猪舍内地面、栏杆和墙体表面的微生物数量,其灭菌效果显著高于0.2%消毒灵和0.2%聚维酮碘溶液(P<0.05)。【结论】猪舍和车辆消毒时所需微酸性电解水的适宜有效氯质量浓度为100 mg/L,人员通道消毒间和人员消毒时所需微酸性电解水的适宜有效氯质量浓度为80 mg/L,在喷雾消毒过程中参试人员对微酸性电解水无不良反应,且制作简便,对猪场设施常见金属无腐蚀作用。

Application of slightly acidic electrolyzed water (SAEW) spray disinfection in pig farm

Abstract:
【Objective】The suitable disinfection concentration of slightly acidic electrolytic water (SAEW) in pig farm was discussed and its safety,effectiveness were assessed to provide support for its application in pig farms.【Method】A one factor experiment was designed to investigate the disinfection effects of SAEW from January 19,2018 to March 18,2018 in a large scale pig farm in Zhumadian,Henan.Spray disinfection tests were carried out on pig houses,personnel passage disinfection rooms and transport vehicles using SAEW with available chlorine concentrations (ACC) of 20,40,60,80,100,120 and 150 mg/L,respectively.The appropriate concentration for SAEW disinfection in pig farms was then determined.The disinfection effects of different disinfectants on pigsties,personnel passage disinfection rooms and transport vehicles,as well as the corrosion of common metal materials of breeding facility were compared between SAEW,0.2% disinfectant solution and 0.2% povidone iodine solution.【Result】Spray SAEW with ACC of 100 mg/L effectively inhibited the growth of microorganism in the air of pig house and carriage as well as carriage surface with sterilization rates of 89.5%,87.5% and 90.5%,respectively.The rates were significantly higher than that of 0.2% disinfectant solution and 0.2% povidone iodine solution (P<0.05).Under the condition of 4 min spraying and 5 min sampling,SAEW with ACC of 80 mg/L had the best disinfection rates of 92.2% and 84.7% for air in the personnel passage and surface of human clothing,respectively.The rates were significantly higher than those of SAEW with ACC of 20,40 and 60 mg/L,0.2% disinfectant solution and 0.2% povidone iodine solution (P<0.05) but similar to SAEW with ACC of 100,120 and 150 mg/L (P>0.05).SAEW significantly reduced the number of microorganisms on the ground,railings and wall surfaces in the piggery and the sterilization effect was significantly higher than that of 0.2% disinfectant solution and 0.2% povidone iodine solution (P<0.05).【Conclusion】The appropriate ACC for SAEW was 100 mg/L for pig house and vehicle and it was 80 mg/L for personnel channel disinfection room and personnel.There was no adverse reaction to SAEW.The production was simple without corrosion to breeding facilities.
