| 【目的】研究美棘蓟马雌雄成虫复眼的外部形态和内部超微结构,为探索缨翅目成虫复眼与其他全变态类昆虫复眼之间的进化关系提供依据。【方法】应用扫描与透射电子显微镜,对美棘蓟马成虫复眼的外部形态和内部超微结构进行观察。【结果】美棘蓟马复眼呈肾形,位于头部两侧的触角基部。雌、雄成虫复眼的小眼数量分别为70~76和68~75个;小眼呈椭圆形,表面光滑,外凸,小眼之间排列疏松,有分布不规律的感觉毛。成虫复眼类型属于并列像眼,每个小眼由1个叠层的角膜、1个真晶锥体、8个视网膜细胞、1对初级色素细胞、数个次级色素细胞和基膜组成,晶体周围、视网膜色素细胞内和基膜处均含有丰富的色素颗粒。【结论】美棘蓟马雌、雄成虫复眼在小眼数量上略有差异,雌虫略多于雄虫,小眼的大小及排列方式均无明显差异;雌、雄成虫复眼的内部超微结构无明显差异。 |

| 【Objective】The external morphology and ultrastructure of compound eyes of adult Echinothrips americanus Morgan were observed to provide evidence for exploring the evolutionary relationship between the compound eyes of Thysanoptera and the stemmata of other paurometabolous insects.【Method】In this study,the morphology and ultrastructure of the adult compound eyes of E.americanus Morgan using scanning and transmission electron microscopy.【Result】The compound eyes of adult E.americanus are kidney-shaped and are located on the lateral upside of head beyond basal antenna.Females and males of E.americanus consist of roughly 70-76 and 68-75 ommatidias,respectively.The ommatidium is oval,convex and loosely arranged and its surface is smooth and irregularly covered with interommatidial hairs between ommatidias.The eye of adult E.americanus is of the apposition type.The ommatidium composes of a laminated cornea,an eucone crystalline cone,eight retinula cells,a pair of primary pigment cells,several secondary pigment cells and basal membrane.The surrounding of the crystalline,the retinular pigment cells and the basement membrane contain abundant pigment granules.【Conclusion】The compound eyes of females and males of E.americanus are slightly different in number of ommatidias,females have slightly more than males,and the size and arrangement of the ommatidias have no significant difference.No obvious differences in the internal ultrastructure are observed between males and females. |
