蛭石引发对NaCl胁迫下番茄种子活力及生理生化指标的影响

摘要:
【目的】探讨NaCl胁迫下2种杂交一代番茄(Lycopersicon esculentum M.)种子对蛭石引发的响应,为种子萌发期间抗氧化特性及耐盐研究提供理论基础。【方法】在15 ℃黑暗条件下,用蛭石引发2种番茄种子(‘大红合作909’和‘粉红合作906’)5 d后,将引发和未引发种子分别放入装有0,100 mmol/L NaCl溶液的发芽盒内,(25±1) ℃发芽3 d后测定各项生理生化指标,发芽10 d后,计算种子活力,分析蛭石引发的影响。【结果】与未引发种子相比,蛭石引发能显著提高番茄种子发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数,缩短平均发芽时间。此外,蛭石引发能显著降低盐胁迫下种子吸胀期间细胞膜的相对电导率、丙二醛含量,提高α-淀粉酶和抗氧化酶活性及可溶性蛋白含量,但2种番茄种子的可溶性糖含量在盐胁迫和蛭石引发下的表现不同。【结论】蛭石引发处理显著提高了番茄种子的活力,增强了种子吸胀期间的耐盐性。

Effects of solid matrix priming on tomato seeds vigor and physiological and biochemical indexes under NaCl stress

Abstract:
【Objective】The effects of solid matrix priming on seed vigor of two hybrid tomato (Lycopersicon esculentum M.) cultivars (‘Red cooperation 909’ and ‘Pink cooperation 906’) under salt stress were studied to provide basis for the study of antioxidant characteristics and salt stress during seed imbibition period.【Method】The tomato seeds were primed with vermiculite for 5 d at 15 ℃ in the dark.Physiological indices of primed and non primed seeds were measured at (25±1) ℃ under 0 and 100 mmol/L NaCl solutions 3 days after imbibing.【Result】The germination potential, germination rate and germination index were significantly increased while mean germination time was decreased by priming.The relative electrical conductivity and malondialdehyde content were significantly decreased while activity of α-amylase,antioxidant enzymes and protein accumulation were increased.The soluble sugar contents of the two types of seeds had different responses to priming and salt stress.【Conclusion】The solid matrix priming significantly enhanced seed vigor and the salt tolerance in seed imbibition period.
