| 【目的】研究闽北闽粤栲天然林林隙中物种多样性的变化,为闽北天然林的保护与更新提供理论依据。【方法】在闽北闽粤栲天然林中12个林隙内外进行植被调查,将林隙分为<50,50~100,100~150,150~200 m2共4个林隙大小等级,在林隙的中心区、近心区、林冠区、边缘区和非林隙区中设置4 m×4 m的样方,对乔木层、灌木层、灌草层3个不同林层进行调查,通过计算不同大小等级、不同林层梯度林隙内外物种的丰富度指数R、多样性指数H、均匀度指数E、生态优势度指数λ与均优多指数Z,结合方差分析研究物种多样性对林隙的响应及其变化规律。【结果】闽北闽粤栲天然林不同林层中,林隙区内物种多样性丰富且高于非林隙区。在不同大小的林隙空间内,各林层的物种多样性指数差异不显著。随着林隙由中心区向非林隙区的不同梯度变化,物种多样性由差异显著向差异不显著转变。【结论】闽北闽粤栲天然林分结构相对稳定,林隙内的物种多样性丰富,但差异不显著,林隙的形成有利于闽粤栲天然林群落物种多样性的维持与更新,对现有闽北闽粤栲天然林的经营应以保护与自然恢复更新为主。 |

| 【Objective】This study investigated the species diversity variations in gaps of Castanopsis fissa natural forest to provide theoretical supports for the protection and regeneration of natural forest in Northern Fujian.【Method】The vegetation conditions of 12 gaps and non-gaps in C.fissa forest in Northern Fujian were investigated.The forest gaps were divided into 4 sizes including <50,50-100,100-150 and 150-200 m2 according to areas.Then 4 m×4 m quadrats were set in gap center area,near gap center area,canopy area,gap border area and non-gap area for investigation.Based on the survey in the tree layer,shrub layer and shrub herb layer,the Margalef richness index (R),Shannon-Wiener index (H),Pielou evenness index (E),ecological dominance index (λ) and evenness-dominance-abundance index (Z) were calculated.The species diversity of forest gaps and non-gaps,its response to gap size,and the species diversity changes were analyzed.【Result】The species diversity of different layers in forest gaps was bigger than that in non-gaps.In different size gaps,the species diversity indexes in tree layer,shrub layer and shrub herb layer were not significantly different.The species diversities of gap center and near gap center were higher than other gradients.The differences of species diversity in other different gradient gaps were not significant but were significant in gap center.【Conclusion】The community structure was relatively stable in C.fissa natural forest.The species diversity was more diverse in different size gaps and different layers,but the difference was not significant.Forest gaps had great capacity to maintain the species diversity and the regeneration of C.fissa natural forest.Attention should be paid to the management of C.fissa natural forest in Northern Fujian for protection,and natural restoration. |
