| 【目的】改进斜纹夜蛾半人工饲料配方，为斜纹夜蛾室内批量饲养奠定基础。【方法】设计4种半人工饲料配方，于温度（27±0.5） ℃、相对湿度（70±5）%、光周期L∶D=16 h∶8 h、光照强度8 250 lx的人工气候箱中进行群体饲养，观察不同饲料配方对斜纹夜蛾生长发育的影响。【结果】供试4种饲料配方中，配方4（玉米粉200 g，大豆粉100 g，酵母粉12 g，琼脂15 g，抗坏血酸6 g，山梨酸2 g，对羟基苯甲酸甲酯2 g，复配维生素液15 mL，蔗糖50 g，蒸馏水1 000 mL）的饲养效果最好。用配方4饲养斜纹夜蛾幼虫，其幼虫到成虫发育历期最短，仅26.77 d，幼虫存活率高达97%，蛹质量0.3 g，雌雄性比达到0.91∶1，单雌产卵量为774粒。【结论】供试4种配方中以配方4的饲养效果最好，可以作为斜纹夜蛾室内饲养的半人工饲料。 |

| Improvement of semi-artificial diet for Spodoptera litura |

| Abstract: |
| 【Objective】The purpose of this paper was to improve the semi-artificial feed formula for cotton leafworm Spodoptera litura.【Method】Four different food formulas were designed and fed to S.litura under temperature of (27±0.5) ℃,relative humidity of (70±5)%,photoperiod of 16 h∶8 h(L∶D),and light intensity of 8 250 lx in climate-control chamber.Then,the effects of different formulas on growth of cotton leafworm were observed.【Result】Formula 4 (maize powder 200 g,soybean powder 100 g,yeast powder 12 g,agar 15 g,L-ascorbic acid 6 g,sorbic acid 2 g,nipagin ester 2 g,vitamins liquid 15 mL,saccharose 50 g and de-ionized water 1 000 mL) showed the best desired effects.The cotton leafworm fed on formula 4 had the shortest developmental duration (26.77 d) from larva to adults,the highest survival rate (97%),fresh weighty per pupa (0.3 g),the highest ratio of female to male (0.91),and and the highest fecundity (774 eggs per female).【Conclusion】Formula 4 was the best semi-artificial diet to culture cotton leafworm indoor. |
