进口结构对迷宫流道滴头性能影响的模拟研究

摘要:
【目的】分析进口栅格结构对滴头性能的影响,为迷宫流道滴头的设计提供参考。【方法】应用计算流体力学CFD方法,对不同进口结构的滴头流道流场进行数值模拟,分析进口数目、进口宽度、进口高度和缓水区深度对滴头性能的影响。【结果】进口流量在不同进口栅格之间分配,距离迷宫流道越远的进口栅格流量越小,流量主要集中在靠近迷宫流道的几个进口栅格;在总进口栅格断面面积大于迷宫流道最小断面面积的情况下,不同进口栅格结构几乎对滴头流量没有影响,而对各进口栅格之间的流量分配影响较大;随着进口高度和缓水区深度的增加,不同进口之间流量和流速的分布更加均匀,低速区面积减小,可降低进口处泥沙沉积,提高滴头的抗堵塞性能;单纯增加进口数目并不能从根本上改善进口处的堵塞状况,片式滴头进口数目以3~5个为宜。【结论】进口栅格结构对滴头性能影响很大,应深入研究以优化滴头性能。

Influence of inlets on performance of labyrinth channels emitter

Abstract:
【Objective】This study analyzed the impact of fencing inlets structure on the performance of emitter to improve the design of labyrinth channels emitter.【Method】Computational fluid dynamics (CFD) numerical simulation was used on dental labyrinth channel emitters.The effect of inlet number,inlet width,inlet height and depth of store on performance of emitter was analyzed.【Result】The flow rate of emitter was allocated between different fencing inlets.The smaller the inlet was,the farther the flow rate would be away from the dental labyrinth channels.Moreover,the flow rate was mainly concentrated in inlets near the dental labyrinth channels.In the case that total area of inlets was greater than the minimum cross-sectional area of dental labyrinth channels,the structure of inlets had no influence on flow rate of emitter,but had a greater influence on the distribution of flow rate between inlets.With the increase of the depth of inlets and store,the distribution of flow rate and velocity between inlets was more evenly and the low-speed area reduced.This reduced the sediment deposition in the inlets,and improved the anti-clogging performance of emitters.Clogging in the inlets cannot be improved fundamentally by increasing the number of inlets simply.A total of 3-5 inlets were appropriate for emitter.【Conclusion】The impact of fencing inlet structure on emitter performance was great,and should be further investigated to optimize the performance of emitter.
