基于动态规划的河流纳污能力优化计算

摘要:
【目的】将动态规划引入河流纳污能力计算,以解决传统算法中水质目标质量浓度难以确定、纳污能力可能出现负值及纳污能力难以达到最大的问题。【方法】在传统纳污能力算法的基础上,以河流纳污能力最大为目标,提出了基于动态规划的纳污能力优化算法,并以渭河干流陕西段为例进行实例检验。【结果】利用建立的基于动态规划的河流纳污能力优化算法,计算得到渭河干流陕西段的纳污能力结果为59 618.88 t/年,传统算法的结果为58 377.45 t/年,表明优化算法较传统算法可以得到更优的纳污能力,而且优化算法计算所得的纳污能力为水域纳污能力定义中所强调的“最大数量”,同时优化算法可以得到确切的水质目标质量浓度且可以避免纳污能力出现负值。【结论】基于动态规划的河流纳污能力优化算法具有一定的合理性和可行性,为纳污能力计算研究提供了一种新思路。

Dynamic programming based optimization of river assimilative capacity

Abstract:
【Objective】Aiming to solve problems in traditional algorithm of river assimilative capacity such as difficulty determination of target quality concentration,negative results,and unable to achieve maximum,dynamic programming was introduced to the calculation of river assimilative capacity.【Method This article proposed an optimal algorithm for calculating river assimilative capacity based on dynamic programming and the traditional algorithm,and it was adopted to Shaanxi section of the Weihe River.【Result】The calculated river assimilative capacities of Shaanxi section of the Weihe River by the optimized algorithm and traditional method were 59 618.88 and 58 377.45 t/year,respectively.The optimal algorithm was better than the traditional algorithm,and the optimal algorithm obtained the“maximum” value emphasized in the definition of river assimilative capacity.The optimal algorithm also could avoid negative results.【Conclusion】Dynamic programming based calculation method for river assimilative capacity was rational and feasible.
