烤烟散叶插签烘烤过程中叶温的变化

摘要:
【目的】研究烤烟散叶插签烘烤过程中叶温的变化情况,完善散叶烘烤工艺,以推动散叶密集烘烤的落实与推广。【方法】运用叶温测定仪与温湿度自控仪,测定烟叶在散叶插签烘烤过程中的叶温、干球温度、湿球温度和相对湿度,探讨烘烤过程中叶温变化的影响因素。【结果】散叶插签烘烤过程中叶温的变化分为4个阶段:预热阶段、叶温平稳阶段、缓慢升温阶段、快速升温阶段。在叶温变化的不同阶段主要影响因素不同,预热阶段的主要影响因素是干球温度;叶温平稳阶段的主要影响因素以干球温度为主,以湿球温度与相对湿度为辅;缓慢升温阶段的主要影响因素是湿度;快速升温阶段的主要影响因素是温度。【结论】散叶密集烘烤过程中叶温的变化代表了叶片的真实烘烤状态,对研究散叶烘烤过程中烟叶物质转化和烟叶质量形成有一定意义,有助于进一步完善散叶烘烤工艺。

Changes of leaf temperature during the loose-leaf bulk curing of flue-cured tobacco with leaf holding needle

Abstract:
【Objective】This study investigated the changes of the leaf temperature during the loose-leaf bulk curing of flue-cured tobacco with leaf-holding needle to improve the curing technology,and promote the implementation of loose-leaf bulk curing.【Method】The leaf temperature,dry bulb temperature,wet bulb temperature,and relative humidity were measured during the curing process using leaf temperature tester and temperature and humidity auto-controlled apparatus.【Result】There were four stages in the curing process:preheating warming,stable warming,slow warming and quick warming.The main factors influencing leaf temperature at different stages were different.The main factor in preheating warming stage was dry blue temperature,in stable warming stage were temperature and humidity,in slow warming stage was humidity,and in quick warming stage was temperature.【Conclusion】Leaf temperature represented the real condition of the flue-curing during the loose leaf intensive curing progress.It was essential for the material transformation and the quality formation during the curing process,and the improvement of the curing technology.
