| 【目的】研究基于物联网的自动化灌溉控制系统,为规模种植区域自动控制精确灌溉提供可借鉴模式。【方法】通过ZigBee网络实现园区土壤墒情信息的共享,根据采集到的土壤墒情信息制定灌溉决策。选用可编程逻辑控制器作为核心控制器,分多种控制方式对灌溉进行控制,同时对首部输水管道进行恒压控制。通过建立可编程逻辑控制器和人机界面的交互平台,对灌溉模式进行选择并监控灌溉全过程,若系统发生故障进行报警提醒。【结果】设计了基于物联网的自动化灌溉控制系统,该系统界面友好且操作简单,与沟灌、波涌灌相比节约用水50%以上,与常规滴灌相比对灌水量、灌水时间以及施肥量的控制更为精确,节省了大量劳动力。【结论】基于物联网的灌溉控制系统将远程监控、精确灌概、数据共享、智能报警、自动控制统一起来实现节水灌溉,在规模化种植区有一定推广潜力。 |

| 【Objective】The aim of this research was to study automated irrigation control system based on internet of things and improve its application in large planting area.【Method】Acquisition of soil moisture information is realized with ZigBee network,and irrigation decision is made according to collected information.PLC is selected as the core controller.The system has a variety of control modes to control irrigation and keep constant pressure for the first water pipe.It executes commands and monitors while irrigation process is controlled and monitored with PLC and HMI platform.The platform alarms if the system fails.【Result】The automated irrigation control system based on internet of things was designed with friendly interface and convenient operation.More than 50% water was saved compared with furrow irrigation and surge flow irrigation,and water amount,irrigation time and fertilization amount were more accurately controlled.Labor force was saved as well.【Conclusion】A water-saving irrigation system with features of remote monitoring,data sharing,accurate irrigation,intelligent alarm and automatic control was established and could be widely used in large scale planting area. |
