| 【目的】以平原地区河流系统为研究对象,基于压力 状态 响应模型(PSR)和粗糙集理论,识别影响河流健康的关键因子,构建河流健康的评价指标体系。【方法】界定平原地区河流系统健康的概念和标志;以渭河干流关中段及千河、石头河等8条干支流为评价样本河流,基于PSR模型,从压力、状态和响应3个层面分析河流健康的影响因子;采用基于粗糙集等价关系的指标体系约简模型,识别河流健康关键影响因子,构建平原地区河流系统健康评价指标体系。【结果】针对8条平原地区代表河流系统特性,基于PSR模型识别了107项河流健康影响因子,通过基于粗糙集等价关系的指标属性约简,最终构建了适合平原地区河流系统的包含34项指标的河流健康评价指标体系。【结论】构建的平原地区河流系统健康评价指标体系,可作为平原地区受人类活动影响较明显,且城市化、工业化及农业设施化较为密集河流系统健康状态评价的通用指标体系。 |

| 【Objective】Using river system in plains as research object,key factors influencing river health were identified and the river health evaluation index system was built based on pressure-state response model (PSR) framework and rough set theory.【Method】The concept and benchmarks of river system health in plans were defined,and main stream of Wei River in Guangzhong area and its eight tributaries were used as samples,and the factors influencing river health were analyzed from the aspects of pressure,state and response based on PSR model.The key influencing factors of river health assessment were identified using a contracted index system model of rough set equivalence,and the evaluation index system was established.【Result】According to 107 factors identified by PSR based on characteristics of 8 typical river systems,the health evaluation index system including a total of 34 indicators for river systems in plain areas was built.【Conclusion】The established river system health evaluation index system can be used as the common index system for river systems in plains,which are heavily influenced by human activities,with intensive urbanization,industrialization and agricultural facilities. |
