氮肥对桂牧一号杂交象草叶绿素、含氮物含量和转氨酶活性的影响

摘要:
【目的】研究不同种类和用量的氮肥对桂牧一号杂交象草生长过程中功能叶叶绿素(Chl a、Chl b)、蛋白质、水解氨基酸含量及转氨酶活性的影响。【方法】试验采用单因素随机区组设计,以不施氮肥为对照,研究施用150,300,450 kg/hm2尿素和411.3,821.4,1 231.65 kg/hm2碳酸氢铵对桂牧一号杂交象草叶绿素、粗蛋白、氨基酸含量和谷草转氨酶(GOT)、谷丙转氨酶(GPT)活性的影响。【结果】与对照相比,施用氮肥可提高桂牧一号杂交象草生长过程中功能叶Chl a、Chl b含量以及GOT和GPT的活性,同时增加牧草粗蛋白和氨基酸含量。施用碳酸氢铵更有利于功能叶叶绿素和转氨酶的蓄积,其中施用821.4 kg/hm2碳酸氢铵时,桂牧一号杂交象草功能叶的Chl a、Chl b含量和GOT活性较高,粗蛋白产量和氨基酸含量均最高,分别为1 560.82 kg/hm2和6 132.49 μg/g。【结论】施用氮肥能促进桂牧一号杂交象草功能叶叶绿素、氨基酸含量,提高转氨酶活性和粗蛋白产量;本试验条件下的最佳施氮方式为刈割后施用碳酸氢铵821.4 kg/hm2

Abstract:
【Objective】This study investigated the effect of nitrogen fertilizer on contents of chlorophylls (Chl a and Chl b) in function leaves,protein and amino acids,and transaminase activity during growth process of Guimu-1 Hybrid Pennisetum urpureum.【Method】Using no nitrogen fertilizer application as the control,the effects of application of 150,300 and 450 kg/hm2 urea and 411.3,821.4 and 1 231.65 kg/hm2 ammonium hydrogen carbonate on the contents of chlorophylls,crude protein,amino acids and activities of aspartate aminotransferase (GOT) and alanine aminotransferase (GPT) of Guimu-1 Hybrid Pennisetum urpureum were studied.【Result】Compared with the control,application of nitrogen fertilizer improved contents of Chl a and Chl b,and activities of GOT and GPT in function leaves.Contents of protein and amino acids were improved as well.Application of ammonium hydrogen carbonate was conducive to the accumulation of chlorophyll and transaminase.Application of 821.4 kg/hm2 ammonium hydrogen carbonate was the best.Contents of Chl a and Chl b,and activity of GOT activity in leaves were improved,and the highest crude protein yield (1 560.82 kg/hm2) and amino acids content (6 132.49 μg/g) were obtained.【Conclusion】Application of nitrogen fertilizer enhanced contents of chlorophyll and amino acids in function leaves,transaminase activity,and crude protein yield of Guimu-1 Hybrid Pennisetum urpureum.Applying 821.4 kg/hm2 ammonium bicarbonate after mowing was the best.
