| 金黄色葡萄球菌是引起奶牛乳腺炎的主要病原体,因其具有细胞内定殖和对抗生素极易产生耐药性的特点,使得用抗生素治疗的效果越来越差,为此疫苗防治成为首选。黏附素在金黄色葡萄球菌致病过程中起着至关重要的作用,在金黄色葡萄球菌感染的早期,黏附素是最重要的致病因子,只有当金黄色葡萄球菌黏附到宿主细胞上,毒素和荚膜才能开始表达。因此阻断金黄色葡萄球菌感染的初始阶段,特别是阻止细菌黏附到细胞和定殖在黏膜表面,将是预防和治疗奶牛乳腺炎的最有效途径。因此近些年研究者致力于黏附素的结构及功能的研究,试图以黏附素为靶点设计金黄色葡萄球菌疫苗。本研究对近几年黏附素的种类和作用,以及其相关疫苗的研究进行了综述。 |

| Research progress of Staphylococcus aureus adhesins and their target vaccine |

| Abstract:Staphylococcus aureus is the main pathogen that causes bovine mastitis.Its characteristics of colonizing in cells and producing antibiotic-resistant strains reduce the antibiotic efficacy.Therefore,vaccine is the first choice.Adhesins are the most significant pathogenic factor in early stage of S.aureus infection.Toxins and capsule begin to express only after S.aureus adheres to host cells.Blocking S.aureus infection in the initial stage,especially adherence to host cells and colonization of the mucosal surface,is the most effective way to prevent and treat bovine mastitis.In recent years,researchers devote to study the structure and functions of adhesins,trying to design S.aureus vaccine targeting adhesins.This article reviews the progresses in obtained adhesins and their target vaccine. |
