延安5种木犀科园林植物叶片结构及抗旱性研究

摘要:
【目的】分析延安市城区5种木犀科园林植物的叶片结构,对其抗旱性进行综合评价,为半干旱地区城市园林植物的筛选提供科学依据。【方法】利用常规石蜡切片法和指甲油印迹法,对延安市城区白蜡、紫丁香、金钟花、金叶女贞、连翘5种木犀科园林植物的叶片解剖结构进行研究,在Motic Image Advanced 3.2软件下分别测量叶片厚度、上表皮厚度、下表皮厚度、角质层厚度、栅栏组织厚度、海绵组织厚度、中脉厚度、下表皮气孔长度和气孔密度,计算栅栏组织与海绵组织厚度比、叶片结构紧实度等11项旱性结构指标,运用方差分析和主成分分析,结合模糊数学隶属函数法对其抗旱性进行综合评价。【结果】11项旱性结构指标在5种木犀科园林植物之间差异极显著;主成分分析筛选出栅栏组织厚度、栅栏组织与海绵组织厚度比、中脉厚度3个指标为抗旱性评价的主要指标。【结论】5种木犀科园林植物抗旱性大小顺序为:白蜡>紫丁香>金叶女贞>金钟花>连翘。

Drought resistances and leaf structures of five Oleaceae ornamental plants in Yan’an

Abstract:
【Objective】The leaf anatomical structures and drought resistances of five Oleaceae ornamental plants in Yan’an urban area were analyzed to improve the understanding on selecting suitable ornamental plants in arid and semiarid regions.【Method】The leaf anatomical structure of five Oleaceae ornamental plants including Fraxinus chinensis,Syringa oblata,Forsythia viridissima,Ligustrum vicaryi and Forsythia suspensa in Yan’an urban area were observed with paraffin sectioning method and nail enamel seal.Eleven xeromorphic indices including thickness of leaves,thickness of upper epidermis,thickness of lower epidermis,thickness of cuticle,thickness of palisade tissue,thickness of spongy tissue,thickness of vein,stoma density of lower epidermis,and stoma length of lower epidermis were measured by Motic Image Advanced 3.2,and thickness ratio of palisade tissue to spongy tissue and compactness of leaf structure were analyzed.The drought resistances were evaluated by variance analysis,principal component analysis and membership function.【Result】The results showed that the eleven anatomical characteristics had significant differences between the five Oleaceae ornamental plants,and three typical xeromorphic indices including thickness of palisade tissue,thickness ratio of palisade tissue to spongy tissue and thickness of vein were selected by principal component analysis for drought resistance analysis.【Conclusion】According to the results of subordinate function value analysis,the drought resistance capabilities of the five Oleaceae ornamental plants were in the order of Fraxinus chinensis>Syringa oblata>Ligustrum vicaryi>Forsythia viridissima>Forsythia suspensa.
